REP TO DRAIN, PATH, CULVERT, HARD-STANDING, FENCING, COMPOUND WALL AND OTHER CONNECTED ITEMS OF EXTERNAL B/R WORKS AT CHANGSARI MIL STN UNDER GE RANGIA

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) of any section, embedded in cement concrete including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Hardcore with broken stones/ boulders of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5cum in soft/loose soil and getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering and removing of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 meters and making good surface, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, fillings and mass concrete complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, type-B1 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in landings, cover slabs (for manholes, etc.) shelves and similar articles with plain faces and set in cement mortar 1:4 including demolition of existing damaged RCC works, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE : Reinforcement will be measured and paid separately under relevant Item.

S&F of TMT bars 8-10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Providing Cement Concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (20mm graded aggregate) as in benching/Coping, edging, lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; hold-fast block, filling in pressed steel frames, seismic and other similar bands etc. and finishing the Concrete surfaces Fair and Even including necessary Formwork required at Site(s) including demolition of existing old damaged PCC, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in surface channels and drains, including necessary formwork and demolition of existing damaged drains, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
