Note: 1. The break-up of cost as given in separate formats is to facilitate negotiations in accordance with clause 6 of the Information to Bidders. However, when the payment is made to the Consultant the consolidated fee as per the invoice will only be the criteria for making the payment. The Consultant need not submit the cost breakup along with the monthly invoice. 2. The cost includes all the taxes as applicable with the exception of GST. The GST, if applicable would be reimbursed to the Consultant at actuals. 3. The additional supporting requirement such as drivers, helpers etc., who are not considered in the list of staff members, shall be considered in the cost of the Financial Proposal. No additional payment will be made to the Bidder for any such staff. 4. The payment to the consultant will be provided monthly basis and the eligible monthly payment is equal to the total quote as above divided by 24 months.
