   [A] Bulk order will be placed on the manufacturer or its authorized dealer or vendor having proven performance for the tendered item or similar items. The vendor firm must have satisfactorily executed at least one single purchase order placed by any Hospital of Zonal Railways/ PUS/CORE or by any Govt. Hospital for the tendered item for a minimum of 20 percent of total tendered quantity against purchase order placed during three preceding completed financial year and current year up to date of tender opening. [B] The Authorized dealer/agent must upload tender specific authorization & brochure of the product. In case the Tenderers/ Bidders do not submit the requisite documents as detailed above along with their offer, then the tender will be decided on the basis of their past supply performance records as available with Hospital in Hospital of SER [if any] and no back reference shall be made in this regard.

   Bidders are reminded to carefully go through IRS conditions of contract (included and uploaded alongwith the bid document) particularly those pertaining to Code of Integrity, Misdemeanor and penal measures. If two or more bidders are found to be sister concerns of affiliates (having common partner/director/promoter/owner/holding company decision control etc.) the offers of all such sister concern sare liable to be rejected as per relevant provisions of IRS terms and condition.

   This is a Running Contract. The RgC. will remain in force for a period of one year from the date of issue of RgC. Individual Purchase Order to be placed by the MD/ CH /S.E. Railway as per requirement arising from time to time and delivery will be to consignee directly as per RgC terms and conditions.
