Providing brick partition wall of 11.50 cm thick using best quality second class ground moulded chamber burnt bricks of size 9” X 4 ½” X 3” in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M.sand) including supply and fixing hoop iron reinforcement if considered necessary by the departmental officers as directed etc., complete complying with standard specifications. Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Louvered Ventilators of from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile size of 60 x 78mm both profiles are reinforced with GI / 1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profile are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with all over the edges of frame and shutter. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations pin headed glass 4mm thick should be provided in the louvers. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The ventilator should be got approved from the departmental Engineer,i/c., before use on work.

Supplying and fixing MS iron grill for windows ventilators and grill gate etc., including one coat of red oxide primer using MS angle of size 40X40X6mm grill using 20X6mm MS flat and necessary hold fast with MS angle 40X40X6mm 23cm length splashed at end is to be provided at appropriate places for fixing the grill etc., complete complying with standard specification. The type design for the grills should be got approved by the departmental officers before execution.

Paving the floor with best quality Double Charged Vitrified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three M.sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification. Weathering course concrete using best quality broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slacked lime (no sand/M sand to be used) the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32: 12 ½ by volume and laid over the RCC roof slab in a single layer and consolidated to the required and designed finished thickness by beating the concrete by wooden beaters of approved pattern, keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jiggery water etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of approved best quality machine pressed square tiles of size 230mm X 230mm X 20mm laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand / M Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS. Specification at 2% by weight of cement used and joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with same mortar mixed with water proofing compound and red oxide etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting the walls with two coats of exterior emulsion paint over one coat of exterior primer as instructed by the departmental officers including preparation of surface curing etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specifications. (The colour and shade of the paint shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use of work.)

White washing two coats using freshly burnt shell lime white in colour. Fevicol type gum should be used in the preparation of white wash solution, adequate quality of approved blue powder to be added to white wash solution for application to the walls etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting new wood work with two coats of synthetic enamel ready mixed paint of approve quality and colour over a priming coat in all floors. The rate is inclusive cost of all materials and labour including the cost of primer etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Engineer,,i/c., before use on works).

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, windows bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Engineer,i/c., before use on works).

Supplying and fixing of powder coated galvanized aluminium metal roofing sheet 0.47mm thick JSW or equivalent with ISI make of different colour sheet for roofing with necessary adjustable ridges seater by using “U” or “J” bolts and nuts with washers or SDST screws and also the labour charges for fixing in position etc., complete as directed by the Engineer,i/c.,

Supplying and fixing in position of mild steel angle trusses as per the design given including purlins. All the members are to be painted with one coat of red oxide primer. The rate is inclusive of all materials, labour charges, one coat of primer, welding charges, transportation to the site of work, loading, unloading and all other incidental charges etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position the following Gun metal gate / wheel valve of best quality and approved make and heavy type quality including cost of cutting, threading of the pipes and fixing of the G.I. pipe in position with white lead, spun yarn etc., complete complying with standard specifications. 11/2" dia GM Gate valve (with ISI mark)

Clearing the site using JCB on hire charges around the proposed building and making approach road to the site etc., complete as directed by the Engineer,i/c.,

Supply and finishing in position of Solid PVC door shutters using 19 gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC sheets for paneling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The overall size of styles shall be 50mm X 30mm. The overall size of top rail, local rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm X 30mm. Supplying and fixing of Black granite slab of 18 to 20mm thick for work bench of approved quality with base plastering in cement mortar 1:2 (One cement and two P.sand) 20mm thick and pointing the slab with coloured cement to match the colour of the slab, finishing neatly, cleaning the surface neatly etc., and shaping front edge of slab half round etc., as directed by the departmental Engineers.

Supply and fixing of granite sink size 2’-0” X 2’-0” X 1’-0” of good quality and with a pair of M.S. angle, brackets, 40mm PVC waste pipe with necessary coupling T.W. plugs, screws, washers, white lead, etc., including painting two coats including dismantling the masonry if necessary and recovering the same to the original condition as directed. (The granite sink to be used on work should be got approved by the Engineer,i/c., before use on work).

Design, fabrication, supply and erection of push and pull type rolling shutter with ISI mark at site of work made out of certain using 18G x 3" lath section bright CRCA strip in one piece without any welded joints at 76mm rolling centers interlocked with each other ends locked with heavy type cast iron / MS clips complete with lock plate using 10g MS sheets reinforced with 40mm x 40mm x 6mm MS angles at bottom and fitted with heavy letches and locking arrangements and handle on either side with pulling lock including necessary hood cover using 0.90mm CRCA sheet reinforced with 25 x 25 x 3 MS angles or gate channel. The roller shall be of heavy cast iron pullys, fitted with heavy duty. 'C' class 40mm steel pipe and high tensile carbon coil springs (2 springs should be supplied) with all accessories, etc. complete. The rolling shutters shall be fixed with pressed guide channels of 10G MS sheet and attached to the side brackets with 20mm square bar. Side brackets shall be 10G MS plates and cast iron 'U' clamp shall be riveted to the side brackets. The rolling shutters and accessories should be as per IS 6248 / 1979 specifications. The rolling shutter should be with two numbers of brass side locks and one number of brass centre lock with duplicate keys with necessary guide brackets for the locks, etc. The rolling shutters shall be coated with heavy coat of red oxide primer including inside portion of hood, etc. complete and as per the direction of departmental officers.

Suspended ceiling with Hilux (or) Equivalent board ceiling tiles. Providing and fixing suspended false ceiling which includes providing and fixing G.I. perimeter channels of size 27mm, 0.5mm thick having one flange of 20mm and another flange of 30mm along with perimeter of the ceiling screw fixed to brick wall / partition with the help of Nylon rawl plugs and screws and then suspending G.I. intermediate channels of size 45mm, 0.90mm thick with two flanges of 15mm each from the soffit at 1200mm centers with ceiling angle of width 25mm X 25mm X 0.50mm thick fixed to soffit with G.I cleat and steel expansion fasteners. Ceiling of 51.5mm and two flanges of 26mm each with help of connecting clips and in direction perpendicular to the intermediate channel at 1000mm centers, 12.5mm square edge Gypsum board of 10mm thick is to be fixed to ceiling section with 25mm of screws at 230mm centers. Screw fixing is to be done mechanically either with screw driver (or) drilling achine with suitable attachment. The tapered and square edges of the boards are to be joined and finished to flush with requisite jointing compound, paper, tapes and primer suitable for Gypsum plaster boards. Light fittings and access panels are to be incorporated as part of the suspended ceiling and the integrity nature of the ceiling must be maintained. For accommodating the light fittings, appropriate cut outs have to be made with the frame perimeter channels of size 20mm X 27mm X 30mm X 0.5mm, supported suitably. The Gypsum plaster board should be capable of finishing with any type of paint. Finally the face layer of the board are to be joined and finished so as to have a flush look which includes filling and finishing the tapered and square edges of the boards with jointing compound, paper tapes and two coats of primer suitable for Gypsum board.

Supplying and fixing Indian Water Closet (Oriya type) of size 580 x 440 mm of approved quality with “P” or “S” trap conforming to IS 2556 part 12 with sand cushion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40 mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 (One lime, Two M.sand and Five brick jelly) 100 mm thick and including giving necessary connection to PVC Soil pipes including the cost of 100 mm dia PVC pipe for a length of 600 mm by dismantling brick masonry / reinforced cement concrete roof or floor slab and making good the disturbed portion to original condition without leakage etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The water closet should be got approved by the Departmental Engineers before use on works).

Providing Post Construction Anti-Termite treatment and creating a chemical barrier to the building by drilling holes at floor wall junctions at a space of 30cm and 25mm dia holes and injecting chemical emulsion of required concentration under flooring all-round the building excavating the trenches 0.4m x 0.4m and drilling holes, as per instructions of chemical manufacturer as directed by the Department officer/ Architect. The treatment shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the technical specification and conforming to IS 6313 or equivalent BS specification. The chemical to be used as insecticide for the treatment shall be Biflex Tc, TC stands for Termiticide Concentrate for Termite Control (Bifenthrin) and the application shall be diluted 1 part of chemical Biflex Tc with 49 parts of water to get 0.05% emulsion and strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s specification. The work should be carried out by an approved and registered specialist pest control agency only. Tenderer to furnish the name of the proposed specialist firm. A 10 years post application guarantee against defects shall be furnished by the main Contractor. Note: Horizontal plan area at ground floor level of the building will be measured and paid.

Finishing the top of flooring with granolithic pattern floor finish with cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement two M.sand and four coarse aggregate) 50mm thick using 10mm to 12mm hard broken granite stone chips including finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications.
