AMF Panel :-
Cubical type floor mounted AMF panel made from 14 SWG Sheet Steel, duly pretreated, powder coated painted and aesthetically finished, suitable for controlling of 500 KVA DG set having following specification/features. Manufactured by the OEM / CPRI approved panel builder.
i) 415V, 800 A, 50KA, EDO type ACB with O/L, S/C, E/F protection and microprocessor based protection release , U/V release etc. [Make: Legrand / Siemens / Schneider Electric / L&T /ABB ] - 2Sets
ii) S &F of 1200A, capacity 99.9% -99.5% electrolytic tinned copper (Certificate should be produced by manufacturer) with multicolor heat shrinkable PVC sleeve 4 Bus Bar (Size of flat 4 nos100mmx10 mm) of required length mounted on non-hygroscopic porcelain insulator having sufficient di-electric strength duly insulated by multicolor (Red, Yellow, Blue & Black) heat shrinkable PVC sleeve for phases & neutral identification. All interconnection/branches should be made with required size of cu bars (Cu-bar extensions of required shape and current carrying capacity may have to be provided at terminals of ACB as per direction of EIC) & remote monitoring of internal temparature of every bus section & cable alley should be provided -1 set.

ix) Minimum five number indicating lamps to indicate 'mains ON', 'load on mains', Set running', 'load on set' and 'battery charger on'.

xii) Microprocessor based relay with composite meter for digital display of following.

The AMF panel must be designed to ensure trouble free performance and ensure switching over Electrical Load to DG within 15 (fifteen) second from the instant of mains failure.
Acoustic Enclosure :-
The DG set should have integrated acoustic enclosure at the manufacturing state itself. High quality acoustic enclosure must be certified as per CPCB-IV+ norms.
Base Frame :-
Common iron channel fabricated base frame containing the engine and alternator, mounted on AVM pads and having provision for lifting Hook.
S&F exhaust pipe of 250 mm. dia MS black pipe (Thickness 4 mm) including connection with the existing silencer attached with the flexible coupler and S&F flange, nuts, bolts & washers etc. & necessary fixing materials etc. as required from DG set to nearest building (Horizontal Run) with suitable high temperature painting.
S&F exhaust pipe of 250 mm dia MS black pipe (thickness 4 mm.) including S&F flange, nuts, bolts & washers etc. as required from the nearest building wall to top of the building roof (Vertical Run) with suitable high temperature painting.
S&F special type lattice (box) MS structure by MS angle of size 65 x 65x 8 mm thick for 4 nos. main structure with 50x50x6 mm thick MS bracing incline nature properly welded and proper R.C foundation 1ft x 1ft x 2 ft height for holding the MS structure in straight position during running of DG Exhaust pipe incl painting.
Making insulation by 2" glass wool including netting arrangement and covered with aluminium clading as per direction of the EIC.

SUPPLY & LAYING LT CABLES
Supply & delivery at site of 4 Core XLPE Insulated & Sheathed Armoured Aluminium Conductor cables for Working Voltage up to 1100 Volts of following sizes [Make - Havels / Gloster / KEI / Polycab]
4 Core 400 Sq. mm [2 run from LT Panel DG I/C to DG & DG to LT Panel]
Laying of one cable above 300 sqmm through existing covered masonry trench incl. taking out RC covers, setting them in order, mending good the damages filling the trench with fine dry sand incl. supplying sand
Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables as below :

Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials

SITC EARTHING
Earthing with 80 mm dia GI pipe (TATA-Medium) × 6.1 Mts. long and 1 x 19/8 stranded GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 25 mm dia x 150 mm long galvanized bolt, double nuts, double washers including socketing at both ends of stranded GI (Hot Dip) wire by crimping sockets/ thimbles and S & F 40 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium) protection (3 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. [for DG Neutral & Body Earthing]
Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46 nos. 12 mm dia holes on the GI pipe.
Extra for treatment of soil by using salt & charcoal or coke for pipe electrode (for morrum soil).
Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 50 mm × 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required.
Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar including S & F 25 mm × 6 mm galvanised (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddles as required and connection to equipments incl. drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc.
Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming as to GS (For soft soil).
TERMS & CONDITIONS
(i) Rate should be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes and Duties including GST.
(ii) All materials, equipments & accessories must conform to relavent IS / IEC specifications. The DG Set to be supplied must be from the authorized OEM of the respective Engine Manufacturer.
(iii) Nacessary manufacturer's test certificate for Desiel Engin, Alternator etc. will have to be submitted in triplicate copy during delivery of the equipment.
(iv) Copy of "Type Approval Certificate" and Certificate of "COP" must be produced at the time of delivery issued from competant Authority (As per CPCB-IV+).
(v) Circuit Diagram for AMF Panel must be submited from the Manufacturer / OEM.
(vi) The entire set must be warranted atleast for 12 months / 5000 running Hrs from the date of Commissioning / completion of work.
(vii) During commissioning, the DG set has to be made to run for atleast six hours at a stretch on atleast 75% load at the cost (cost of fuel, operator and technical personnel) of the agency entrusted with the work and the agency will have to provide permanently multi-core control cables as required with allied accessories including laying of the same before commissioning of the DG set.
