AS PER TENDER NOTICE LOT 16

EarthWork Earthwork in annual repairs with dressing by any means, for channels with authorised discharge below 150 cumec and upto 30 cumec including hard clay/ charri/ bajri upto 5%, lead upto 30 mtr, lift upto 1.5 mtr excluding mechanical compaction but including manual compaction and dressing to profile.

WBM Grade-3 Providing, laying, spreding and compacting stone aggregates of specific sized to water bound macadam (75 mm thick) specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel static roller 80-100 kn in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading III.

Tack Coat Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen (VG-10) using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom .

Premix Carpet Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded Premix Carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 6.0 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen(VG-10)to required line , grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in suitable plant, laying and finishing with paver finisher and rolling/ compaction with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by Seal Coat 'Type-B'

Seal Coat Providing and laying Seal Coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using 'Type C & VG-10'

Drone vediography Videography/Photography of Road works in canal and drains before, during and after by DRONE as per required including supply of Videography/Photography in Pen Drive and vehicles for movement as per direction of Engineer in charge.
