Dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings including ridge, hips, valley & flashing etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation, etc) or insulation board/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets and frame work complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings (Framed work) 40sqcm and over in section, in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling old unserviceable wrought iron or mild steel work of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or concrete surface, etc. including raking out joints,hacking for key,scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs & tiles of any description or thickness in floors/apron etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of unreinforcement cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of roof treatment including taking down PCC/ brick tiles, mud phuska, PCC padding, platering, APP membrane complete of any thickness and in any position and removing the demolished material out of MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc. but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet (AZ-150) 0.50mm thick of red colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as per IS 15965: 2012 in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet (AZ-150) 0.50mm thick of red colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as per IS 15965: 2012 as in ridge etc, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work of grid size 605 x 605mm for false ceiling including Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 4 mm thick pre painted designer paver non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid/inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium frame work as in ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel work in tubular trusses, purlins, vetical posts including special shaped washer, angle cleats, fish plates, gusset plates, base/ bearing plates, bolts and nuts etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to 1161-1979 grade st 240 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in leveling course of roof surface roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preperation of newly plastered surfaces of walls providing 1mm wall care putty to achieve smooth surface and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over and including a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint white or tinted over and including a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment using APP based polymeric membrane not less than 3mm thick, weighing not less than 3kg/sqm, reinforced with polyster non-woven fabric (weighing not less than 150 gm/sqm) laid over and including cold bitumen primer applied at the rate of 0.30 Kg/sqm by forced application complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 20mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps jambs, pillar, window cills, cooking platform and like laid over and including 10mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 and pointing in white cement (1:2) using marbal dust with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 20mm thick, with grey cement and no pigments, machine pressed, set in neat cement slurry in floor laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 and filling the joints with Tile Max premium cementitious grout material of JK Cement or its equivalent complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick on fair face of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 by mixing liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Liquid WPC shall be measured & paid seprately under relevant item of this BOQ.

Supply only liquid water Proofing Compound.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on other than fair faces brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:6 finished even & fair complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F hollow PVC Wall lining consisting of 10-12 mm thick plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixed with PVC plug and screw and inserted to next panel groove edge and corners of all door window opening etc to be covered with pvc angle fixed at site as per specifications and drawing/ manufacture instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base, sub floor, floors and paving etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L non skid parking tiles coloured tiles 9-10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each exc 0.11 Sqm but n. exc. 0.18 Sqm as in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed with coloured cement to match the colour of tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick creed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L non skid cermic ENDURA coloured tiles 9-10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.06 Sqm but n. exc. 0.11 Sqm as in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed with coloured cement to match the colour of tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 80mm factory made chamfered edge precast concrete interlocking paver blocks any shape and size locally available of best quality and confirming to IS 15658-2006, M-30 Grade with grey cement and pigments with approved colour design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawn, or light traffic ways of required strength made by table vibratory method using PU mould laiid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacted and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver block into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern finishing and sweeping extra sand complete grey cement and pigments complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone flooring 20-22mm thick laid (over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the stone including grinding and polishing complete all as directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab 18-20mm thick in skirting, dado and pillar laid (over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the stone including grinding and polishing complete all as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type C-1 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) finished cement concrete surface even and fair without using extra cement as in flooring , sub base, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MS Framed work such as grills gratings, door and cooler stand, ladders and monkey cage etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars and similar work confirming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F welded steel wire fabric of weight n exc. 4 kg per Sqm complete to wood or steel members complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brick work with old size fly ash Bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrte surface as in ceiling in cement mortar 1:3 finished the surface even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of ceilling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.
