Demolition of unreinforced cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided forcomplete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate as in floors complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Non-skid Ceramic coloured tiles (Rectified tiles) of 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, approved 1st quality in floors etc with screed bed or bedding layer 15mm thick in CM 1:6 in floor finishes set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white / coloured cement to match coloured tilescomplete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Non-skid Ceramic coloured tiles (Rectified tiles) of 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm approved 1st quality in floors etc along with rendering of 10mm thick in CM 1:4 to stone/ brick masonry, scoured for fixing tiles/ stone slabs as in skirting/dados in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tiles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including rounding the edges and pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. in cement lime or cement mortar including removal of spoil/ demolished material out of the premises of the site complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick massonry surfaces of walls, finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces finished fair and even up to ht 6.5mtr complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification. Two or more coats on new/old work over 3mm thick wall putty with white or tinted on walls complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment from walls/concrete surfaces including scrapping and removing the entire scales and applying two coats of enamel paint in chequered pattern or any other pattern complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
