SPL REP/REPLACEMENT TO LT NETWORK SYSTEM INCLUDING ALLIED WORK SERVICES AND ACCESSORIES AT AFS HAKIMPET UNDER GE (AF) HAKIMPET

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of oudoor type cubicle panel board of suitable size as per accessories suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz supply system CPRI approved factory fabricated made out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet for outer shell and 2 mm thick for inner shell with front and rear openable double lief doors with locking arrangement complete with powder coat painting and suitable packing material for IP- 54 degree of protection and confirming to IS:8623-1993 and including 50mmx50mmx6mm angle iron base frame of suitable size for mounting the panel board at a height of 450mm from GL and grouted on PCC foundation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Old MCCB retrived from panel will be deposited at AGE E/M Store. The size of panel board shall be suitable for accommodating and including provision of following switchgears complete:-

(a) Aluminium bus bar of capacity 600 Amp with heat shrinkable coloured PVC sleeve insulation mounted on suitable insulators for 3 phases and half of the capacity for neutral - 01 Set (b) MCCB, 315 Amps, 4 Pole,36 KA microprocessor based -01No.(incoming). (c) MCCB, 100 Amps, 4 Pole, 25 KA thermal magnetic based - 04 Nos (Outgoing) (d) Off load Change over switch 315 Amps, 4 Pole, 36 KA - 01 Nos. (e) Star-Delta Starters suitable for 30 HP Motor - 04 Nos (f) Digital Voltmeter 0-500 Volts range with selector switch - 01 No. (g) Digital Ammeter 0-500 Amps range with selector switch and CTs - 04Set (h) LED type pilot indicator lamps for R,Y,B phases - 01 Set of 3 (h) Single phase preventers suitable capacity - 04 Nos, Hardware of panel board including bolt, nuts gaskets etc. (i) Errection, testing & commissioning including PCC foundation blocks of 2x PCC block of size, 500mm x 300 mm x 100 mm for grouting of panel as directed by Engr In Charge - 01 Job Note:- Drawing will be approved by the accepting officer before placing demand to the manufacture.
