Schedule 'A' Part-I (B/R Items)
Surface excavation in hard/dence soil not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.
Excavating over areas not exceeding 1.5m deep and getting out disintegrated soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.
Excavation over area n exc 1.50m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.
Excavation over area n exc 1.50m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.
M&L for rough excavation not exceeding 1.50 m deep and getting out in hard and dense soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
M&L for excavation in trenchess, n exc 1.50m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth, for foundation etc, or for shafts wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc, n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.50 m depth and getting out in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.
M&L removing excavated soils not exc 50m and depositing where directed as the level not exc 1.50 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.
M&L for rolling and consolidating formation surfaces with power roller exc 8 tonne and not exc 12 tonne power roller including filling (if required) in hollow and depressions, soft spots etc, which occur during rolling, watering as necessary and consolidating (for portion coming in cutting/original ground only) to required level, camber and gradient keeping roller wheels wet etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.
M&L for soling (or sub base) 200mm thick (spead thickness) with broken boulders (granite or trap or basalt stones) of size range 100mm to 50mm, deposited, spread, leveled in one layer, interstices filled, surface formed, rolled and consolidated upto achieved true surface and required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.
M&L for 150mm thick (Compacted thickness) WBM in two equal layers 75mm thick each layer with coarse aggregates granite trap or basalt of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) spreading, compaction with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and consolidated upto achieved true surface and required gradient and camber, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.
M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with VG-10 grade bitumenous primer coat at 10 kg per 10 Sqm using paving bitumen after necessary prepration of WBM surface by brushing with wire brush for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.
M&L for Premix Bituminous Macadam using VG-10 Grade bitumen, laid/rolled and compacted by 8 to 12 tonne power roller upto remove all voids and achieved true surface required gradient and camber with 4% of Bituminous Binder Content by weight of total mix, less then 75mm compacted thickness, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.
M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with VG-10 grade bitumenous primer coat at 5 kg per 10 Sqm using paving bitumen after necessary prepration of Black top bituminous surface sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.
M&L for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete carpet 40mm thick consolidated thickness with 5.50% binder content by weight of total mix, using VG-10, on mechanical hot mixed plant and laid with mechanical paver roller and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne power roller upto removed complete voids and achieved true surface to required compation camber and gradient, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.
M&L for prepration new bituminous surfaces of road by scratching spots, oils, greasy spots marking material strips conforming to british specification 3762 with 20% glass beads having reflective index of 1.5mm, 75% sptrical with indigenous or for foundation plan having suffient strength to withstand heavy load without deformation and having softening point 25 to 30 degree centigrade of area in width of not exceeding 15 cm strip in white or golden yellow colour according to IRC 35-1970, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
M&L for Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2, bed to drain pipes size 200 mm (ID) including necessary form work, packing under and completely surrounding pipes with concrete after they are laid and tested, complete all as specified and as directed.
S&F for 200mm dia reinforced concrete pipes with collar class NP2, laid and jointed with cement jute confirming to IS-783 of 1985, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.
Supply and fixing cat eyes solar reflective ABS body of size 10.00 Cm X 10.00 Cm X 2Cm with reflective tape cast aluminium fixed with nails on bituminious road including making good the distbured surface complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge. Note: The item shall be fitted by manufacture/company repersentative and the make shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge before the exceution of work
Supplying and fixing tubular delineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 No 65mm dia highely reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of red, green and yellow reflector radium tape of 25mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150X150X300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement motor 1:3, including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joint expect at sharp curve shall not more than 5mm, including making drainage opening whereever required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Schedule 'A' Part-II (E/M Items)
Supply installation and testing of pole mounted LED solar street fitting including the following: (i) Street light fitting of 36 Watts 12 Volts, CCT (colour correlated temperature) of fixture shall be 5700K + 300K, CRI of fixture shall be more than 70, system lumens Efficacy shall be more than 100 lumens per watt and the life of light fitting shall be minimum as per manufacture recommendation including following:- (a) Surge protection of 10 KV (b) Modular type lenses (ii) Solar Panel:- Solar Panel pf minimum capacity 150 Wp for above said light, 12 V poly/ mono crystalline silicon solar cell adding aluminium frame tempered glass 90%. PV module conversion efficiency shall be more than 16% and will perform satisfatory in humidity up to 100%wityh temp between -35 degree C to +35 degree C. Output of PV module should be less than 90% at the end of 10 years and 80% at the end of 25 years.
(iii) Galvanizes steel pole inbuilt of height 6 mtr for fixing street light fitting including GI bracket with all necessary fixing arrangements. (iv) Lithium ion battery suitable for 36 W solar street light as mentioned above, sealed type of minimum capacity 125 AH/12V, mainenance free along with battery box of minimum size 55 cm x 25 cm x 30 cm, waterproof with IP 66 protection (v) automatic light control system with light sensor, charge controller auto on/off of lights from dusk to dawn, motion sensor and 3 stages dimming of LEDs including over charging/ discharging protection and reverse connection protection. Note:- 1. CA No. and Name of manufacturer will be engraved/ embossed on each fitting before installation. 2. Contractor will submit gaurantee/ warranty certificate from manufacturer. 3. Excavation & earthwork and PCC shall be measured and paid separately.
M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate (for returning filling) in foundation of poles complete all as specified and diercted by engineer in charge.
