Flat, Sheet etc of approved section & design, electrically welded properly with all necessary locking arrengement, and 1 coat red oxide primer including cost of all materials, labour T&P, carriage of materials to site etc. complete.

Providing fitting fixing GCI sheet in roof drilling holes in wind ties including fixing of ridges valleys wind ties etc including the cost of GC sheet & fittings etc. complete.

Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including racking out joints 12mm deep removing the debries away from work site.

Providing fixing tiles in floors or steps and landing on 25 mm thick bed in cement mortar 1:1 jointed with neat cement slurry with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing and polishing but excluding cost of tiles. (As per A.R. 89/16)

Supplying, fitting and fixing of stainless steel of 304 grade in hand railing using 50 mm dia of 2 mm thick circular pipe with Balustrade of size 32 mm x 32mm x 2mm @ 0.90 mtr C/C and stainless aquare pipe bracing of size case as per approved design and specification, buffing, polishing etc. with the cost, conveyance taxses of all material, cost of all labour etc. complete in all respect.

Filling of Good Earth with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads transportating to site within a lead of 5km and spreading grading to required slope and compacting to meet reqirement of table 300-2 and Clause-305 of MoRT&H specifications for Road & Bridge Works (4th Revision).
