Demolishing the plastering from walls/ R.C.C. and P.C.C. members without causing any damage to the wall/ member upto any height including disposal of debris as directed for all levels.

15 mm thick Cement plaster in single coat on single or half brick wall for interior plastering up to 1st floor level including arises, internal rounded angles, not exceeding 80mm girth and finished even and smooth including curing complete as directed. A) On rough side b) In cement mortar 1:4

a) Removing dry or oil bound distemper by washing and scraping and sand papering the wall surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches complete.

d) Applying one coat of alkali resistance primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface after throughly brushing the surfaces free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth.

h). Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture(one coat) and of required shade on old wall surface to give an even shade,after throughly brushing the surface clean of all grease, dirt, loose pieces of scales including preparing surface even and sand papered smooth.

i). Extra over item no (f), (g) and (h) above for distempering every subsequent coat of distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture.

Wall painting (One coat) with Plastic Emulsion Paint approved brand and manufacture (Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac) on old wall surface to give an even shade after throughly brushing the surfaces free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth. (a).Plastic Emulsion Paint of approved brand and manufacture (Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac)

Finishing old / new wall with water proofing weather coat smooth anti-fungal exterior painting of approved make of Berger paint of required shade after cleaning and clearing the surface etc. including scaffolding complete as directed at all levels (two coats)

Painting one coat (excluding priming coat) on previously painted steel and other metal surface with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture(Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac) to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter. (i).Surfaces over 100mm in width or girth. b). High gloss (Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac).

Providing and fixing plain frosted glass of ordinary glazing quality beded in putty and fixed with/without wooden bidding including necessary cutting and glass to be required sized(payment for woodenbead shall be made separately) (2). Area of glass panes exceeding 0.15m2 but not exceeding 0.52m2. (c). 5.00mm thick.

Providing two coats of Birla White Wall Care Putty (Water Resistant White Cement based putty for concrete/ mortar walls and ceiling both internal and external) after removing all loosely adhering material from the wall surface with the help of emery stone, putty blade or wire brush and moistening the wall with sufficient quantity of clean water as specified and directed by the department. (Total thickness of two coats is maximum 1.5mm) (i) Thickness = 1.5 mm thick
