Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required.

Supplying and fixing following way, horizontal type three pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 415 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/ Isolator).

Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, “C” curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing following rating, four pole, 415 V, isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supply and fixing of MCB enclosure of sheet steel, phosphatisd,power painted MCB DB,s with Din rail ( in accordance with IS 1302, IS8623, IEC/BSEN 60439-3). Of 4 ways Havells CAT NO DHDESFP or equivalent

Supply and fixing of MCCB,"F" frame, 250Amps, 35KA breaking capacity in the existing Enclosure complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required,Make:- Havells model no. IHLFNF0250# or equivalent.

SITC of 1.5 Ton 5 star(As per 2018 BEE star rating) Inverter High wall split type Air Conditioner rotary commpressor 1 phase 220 Volt) Make : BLUESTAR, Model 5CNHW18PAFU or equivalent model in Panasonic/ DAIKIN/Voltas with maximum cooling capacity of atleast 5250 Watts (with copper Condenser coil ) i/c providing standard length of refrigerant copper pipe kit, cutting, drilling holes on the wall , cementing, painting to give an even look and smooth finish, wrapping PVC non adhessive white tape over insulation of gas pipe etc as required and as per the direction of E-in-C.

SITC of 02 Ton 5 star(As per 2018 BEE star rating) Inverter High wall split type Air Conditioner rotary commpressor 1 phase 220 Volt) Make : BLUESTAR, Model IC524DATU or equivalent model in Voltas/Panasonic/Daikin with maximum cooling capacity of atleast 7000 Watts (with copper Condenser coil ) i/c standard refrigerant copper pipe kit, cutting, drilling holes on the wall for passing gas pipes , cementing, painting to give an even look and smooth finish, wrapping PVC non adhessive white tape over insulation of gas pipe etc as required and as per the direction of E-in-C.

Supplying and fixing of 4KVA Voltage Stabilizer Suitable for 01/1.5 ton Air Conditioner as required of Make V Guard Model VND 400 (Voltage Range 150V-285V,12Amps.) or equivalent.

Supplying and fixing of 5KVA Voltage Stabilizer Suitable for 2 ton Air Conditioner as required of Make V Guard Model VND 500 (Voltage Range 150V-285V,15Amps.) or equivalent.

SITC of minimum 3 Ton capacity high wall type split air conditioner, Reciprocating Compressor, 3 Phase,415V) with minimum 10200 Watts cooling capacity MAKE: Blue star Model FMA36AMUP3, or equivalent. (Condenser coil must be of copper material.)

SITC of minimum 04 Ton capacity Floor Standing, Tower type, 3 Phase,415V) Air conditioner unit MAKE: BLUESTAR Model VCA48GAMUS3 or equivalent in Voltas/Panasonic .(Condenser coil must be of copper material.)

Providing and fixing of refrigerant copper pipes of following sizes (Suction & delivery) of split type AC i/c providing electrical cables,drain pipe, insulation, extra gas charging , cutting, drilling holes on the wall for passing gas pipes , fixing suitable size PVC pipe on the wall through the holes and cementing, painting to give an even look and smooth finish and covering with PVC non adhessive tape over the insulation of refrigerant pipes and as per the direction of E-in-C

Refrigerant pipes of Sizes 3/4" & 1/2"

Providing and fixing of 19MM thick marine plywood as fixture to the indoor Unit of the air conditioner including painting with two coats of enamel paint over one coat of wood primer on the plywood as per the direction of E-in C. etc as required.

Supplying and fixing U-PVC trunking with accessories of following size ,Make :- LEGRAND Cat. No. 0104 22 or equivalent of following size with required accessories directly on wall for covering refrigerent pipes, drain pipe and cable etc as per the instruction of E-in-C.

Fabrication of stand/Pedestal for keeping the indoor/out door unit of split type AC of various capacity made of suitable size of M S Angle and painting with one coat of red oxide and paint as required.

Providing & Fixing of pre-fabricated stand for keeping outdoor units of 1 Ton/1.5 Ton / 2 Ton Capacity split type AC as required.
