Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles for complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone masonry surfaces of walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6), type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Factory Made precast cement concrete (1:3:6), Type C1(using 20mm graded stone aggregate), block masonary with solid blocks exc 10cm in width and setting in mortar (1:4), complete, in walls all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping with and including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing precast Reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4), Type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with and including necessary form work with plain face etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) Type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in lintels 1.5m and over clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for TMT bars 10 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for TMT bars 6mm to 8 mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia , cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips as in stirrups complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing precast reinforced cement concrete (1:3:6), Type C0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in louvres and jallies, 25mm thick (measured solid), in cluding all mouldings but excluding frame complete all as specified and as directed.

Excvation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide & n.exc 1.5m depth & getting out in soft soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soils n.exc50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm all as specified and as directed.

M&L RCC hume pipe NP-2 grade joined complete with collar 300mm internal dia all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces or unplastered on walls applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified.

M&L preparing new or previously untreated surface of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunch ings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including sup- ports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. for even and smooth finished surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Note: In case doubling/duplicancy of BOQ items , the lowest quoted rate shall be applicable for payment.
