Water Bound Macadam with crushable screening) Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to Water Bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 405.

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting with vibratory roller to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with all lead as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 303.

Construction of 50 mm Thick Modified penetration Macadam over prepared base by providing a layer of compacted crushed coarse aggregate using chips spreader with alternate applications of bituminous binder and key aggregates and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller to acheive the desired degree of compaction as per M.O.R.D.(2004) Specification Clause 506.

Providing and applying tack coat on the prepared surface heating by flames in Boiler and spraying bitumen with sprayer on Granular surface treated with primer @ 2.75 kg/10 sqm(VG-30 bulk bitumen rates are considered to arrive at rates) MORTH Technical Specification clause 503.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level by paver finisher to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type B as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 506.

MMGSY Citizen' s information Board- Providing and fixing of typical MMGSY Retro Reflective information board as per as per section1700 of MORD specifications and latest MMGSY Signage Manual / Circuler and drawing.Two ACP (Aluminum Composite Panel) sheets of 4 mm thick, of 900 mm x 750mm size fixed at top & bottom duly rivetted with MS angles of 35 x 35 x 5 mm thick M.S angle shall be welded by two vertical M.S angle of 5 mm thick to 75 mm x 75 mm of 12 SWG square tubes / 75mm Dia Pipe posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-20 grade blocks of 600mm x 600mm x 75mm, below ground level. MMGSY / MMGSY logo, letters and numerals on the ACP should be made up of Retro Reflective sheeting of Class-A / Class-B grade as per the latest MORD section 1700 specifications (Refer Circuler no. NRRDA-P013(11)/3/2019-Dir (Tech) dated 02.12.2019). Printing MMGSY Logo/MMGSY Logo/Project description on Class A or Class B type retro reflective sheeting using modern technology printing platform. The printer shall be approved by the retro reflective sheeting manufacturer and printed sign shall conform to retro reflective values as laid down in IRC 67-2012. The printed sign shall be laminated by UV protected laminate and shall carry a warranty of 5 years & 7 years for Class A and Class B sheeting respectively for traffic colors. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paints as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1 (10.16). The design, painting and lettering shall be done as per the MMGSY Signage Guidelines Fig.3 and Fig.4 and as directed by Engineer-In-charge. . Providing and fixing Retro Reflective MMGSY LOGO informatory sign board with Logo as per section1700 of MORD specifications and latest MMGSY Signage Manual / Circuler and drawing. The board will be a composite unit consisting of Two Plates of ACP (Aluminum Composite Panel), material specifications as per clause 17001.3. The top most plate will be of 3mm ACP in diamond shape of 600x600mm size, riveted with MS angle iron frame of 25mmx25mmx5mm size on back on edges. The Lower plate will be of 4mm ACP of 1100x300mm size riveted with MS angle iron frame of 25mmx25mmx5mm size on back on edges. Riveting of all the sheets over angle and flat iron frame will be done neatly to have plain surface on one side. The angle iron frame of Both the plates will be welded to a 75mm x75mmx 12swg Mild steel post at / Tube Centre and this post will be embeded in cement concrete M15 grade block of 450x450x600mm below ground level. The height of the bottom of the lower plate will be 1200mm from normal ground level. The spacing between the diamond shaped plate and Lower Plate is kept 150mm. MMGSY / MMGSY logo, letters and numerals on the ACP should be made up of Retro Reflective sheeting of Class-A / Class-B grade as per the latest MORD section 1700 specifications (Refer Circuler no. Painting lines, dashes, arrows etc. on roads in two coats on new work with ready mixed road marking paint conforming to IS:164 on bituminous/concrete surface, including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, demarcation at site and traffic control as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 1702.

STANDARD METAL DELINEATOR Supply and Installation of Road delienators ( Road way Delienators ) as per MORT&H clause 806.The structure shall be manufactured in roll forming process and shall have height not less than 800 mm above the ground, width not less than 100 mm and shall extend not more than 300mm below the ground while being installed in confirmation with IRC:79 1981or as directed by engineer in charge.The delineator shall be painted with powder coat of minimum 40 microns thickness for protection against corrosion, on top of which Type XI retro reflective sheeting shall be pasted on both sides. The delienator shall consist minimum retro reflective unit exposed area of 330 cm2 white color, full cube corner micro prismatic non-metallic retro reflective sheeting on each side conforming with IRC 67 2012 and meeting the coefficient of retro reflection values as per ASTM D 4956 Type XI table specification.The front and back faces of the delineator should be curved with a radius of not more than 200 mm and with delta angle (or central angle of curve) lying between 20o and 30o, to increase the visibility of the delineator for vehicles moving in continuous curves. The delineator shall have grooves across the length to make the reflective sheets vandal-proof.As per MORTH Technical specification Clause 806

Supplying & Fixing of Molded Shank Raised Pavement Markers / Cat's Eye made of polycarbonate and ABS moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 16000 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280 Type H and complying to Specifications of Category A of MORTH Circular No RW/NH/33023/10-97 DO III Dt 11.06. 1997. The height, width and length shall not exceed 50 mm, 100 mm and 102 +/- 2 mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 Sqcm on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 +/- 5 degree. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19 +/- 2 mm and height not less than 30+/- 2 mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500 Kg. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer's recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer.The contractor shall submit a two year warranty for satisfactory field performance including stipulated retro-reflectance of the reflecting panel, to the Engineer. MORTH Circular No RW/NH/33023/10-97 DO III Dt 11.06. 1997.
