Non-comprehensive maintenance contract of above fire alarm & fire fighting system which include routine, preventive & breakdown maintenance for period of one year including repair, with minimum downtime. Maintenance person shall visit for maintenance once in a months and also as an when required. . Providing form "B" and obtaining renewal of NOC from the fire department (NMC) as per NMC guidelines & as per fire prevention & life safety act 2006.
Part B
(A) Removing, scraping and Epoxy /Synthetic Enamel painting of MS fabricated fire water tank of capacity Appx. 5000 ltr. of size 1.5mx1.7mx2.5m (approx) from inside and out side surface & its accessories and applying two coats of new primer from inside by dewatering and appling primer and two coats of epoxy paint from out side, as per instruction of E-I-C. . (B) Preventive maintenance of downcomer/ booster monoblock pump by applying insulated varnish on the motor windings, providing grease (AP2) on both bearings, providing gland at pump, painting the motor/pump with enamel paint of capacity 5 KW & 7.5 kW (two nos.) & its accessories . (C) Removing, scraping and Synthetic Enamel painting of exposed MS pipe line with post office red colour in two coats (100 mm dia pipe - 20 ft long, 50-75mm dia pipe - 15 ft long). . (D) Removing, scraping and Synthetic Enamel painting of MS sheet covering shed for booster pump of size 3ftx2ftx2ft (approx) from inside and out side surface and applying new primer and two coats of enamel paint from inside and out side surface as per instruction of E-I-C. Note:While executing the maintenance work, alternate safety should be arrange by the contractor.
