Dismantling of core & winding from the Transformer Tank & cleaning of all parts of the Transformer properly.
Supply of New Electrolyte grade Copper Conductor for Primary Coil. (Rate : LESS after considering the Old unused Copper Scrap Value) (estimated at proposal stage :- 876.07-415)
Supply of New Electrolyte grade Copper Conductor for Secondary Coil. (Rate : LESS after considering the Old unused Copper Scrap Value) (estimated at proposal stage :- 876.07-415)
Insulation of bare Cu. Conductor for Primary & Secondary by double coated manila paper. (material + labour)
Formation of coil after rewinding of primary & secondary coil including supply of required insulation materials.(material + labour)
Cost of Insulating materials, varnish, pre-compress board paper, oil duct, cotton tape, webbing tape etc.
Cost of wooden forma for formation of Primary & Secondary coil.
Providing neoprene gasket of top cover, inspection cover, Insulator etc.
Cost of brazing with supply of rupaton rod, oxygen, DA, for brazing of all the Primary & secondary connections. (material + labour)
Fitting of core channel, Primary & secondary coils & winding into the transformer tank.
Supply & fixing of new insulator with Cu. Studs, copper nut, bolts, washers for secondary side. (material + labour)
Supply & fixing of tap changer switch including mechanism arrangement & alignment with Transformer tank. (material + labour)
Testing of Transformer
De-hydration and filtration of Transformer oil.
Transportation cost both way & handling charges.
Installation of 1MVA 11KV/3.3 KV Transformer at site, (Chapui Khas Colliery) which includes placement of Transformer, pre-commissioning Testing & energise.(Crane will be provide by ECL free of cost) Details of Pre-Commissioning Testing of Transformer:- i.Insulation resistances Test. ii.High Voltage Pressure Test. iii.Victor group Test. iv.Magnetic Balance Test. v.Voltage ratio on all tap position. vi.Di-electric strength of Transformer Oil.
