Day to day extension, shortening and diversion works of 3.3 KV Over Head Lines in the mines and Surface Area of Ananta OCP for a period of 730 days

Dismantling of overhead lines comprising of copper/aluminium over head conductor, G.I wire, cross arms, insulators etc as required.

Dismantling of pole/street light standard/strut embedded in cement concrete foundation etc. as required.

Erection of steel tubular or rail pole strut in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling and secured with holding clamps, bolts, nuts, etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of stay set complete (galvanised) with 19/20 mm dia X 1.8 metres long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45 cm X 45 cm X 7.5 mm, thimble, stay clamps, turn buckle ( 20 mm X 60 cm ), 7/ 3.15 mm dia G.I. stay wire and strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Erection of disc/ pin insulator for 11 KV over head lines as required.

Erection of all aluminium conductor of 7/3.40 mm to 7/4.00 mm diameter and above including binding etc. as required.

Erection of all aluminium conductors of 7 / 1.96 to 7/3.10mm diameter including binding etc. as required.

Supply of G.I wire 6 SWG for running earth wire. (For running earth = 2151 kg and for cradle guard 1500 kg total = 3651 kg)

Erection of G.I Wire, 8 SWG including binding etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of 11 KV polymer pin insulator complete with large steel head G.I. pin, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of 11 KV polymer disc insulator for 11 KV over head lines with galvanised insulator fittings, ball and socket type and complete with galvanised strain clamps, bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Supplying of channel iron 75mm X 40mm X 6mm (7.14kg per meter) pole top brackets/cross arms for single 11KV overhead line conductor complete with 50mmX6mm flat iron clamp, bolts, nuts and washers including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts and washers etc ( as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Supplying of channel iron 75mm X 40mm X 6mm (7.14kg per meter) pole top brackets/cross arms for two 11KV overhead line conductors complete with 50mmX50mmX6mm angle iron bracket welded to the channel iron and complete with 50mmX6mm flat iron clamp, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts and washers etc ( as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required

Erection of pole top/ straight two wire/ V shape two wire, angle iron/ channel iron, cross arm on steel tubular/ rail/ PCC pole for 11/22/33 KV as required.

Supplying of two lenghts of channel iron 75mm X 40mm X 6mm (7.14kg per meter) double pole cross arms for three wire 11KV overhead line conductors complete with through bolts and nuts for clamping to the poles, 50mmX6mm M.S. flats welded on one side to the channel iron and with nuts and bolts to the other sides for tying to cross arms together including drilling holes for insulator pins/fittings, bolts and washers etc ( as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required

Erection of double pole 3 wire cross arm for 11KV/ 22KV/ 33 KV over head lines as required.

Supply and erection of a set of cross bracing frame work for 11KV overhead line double pole structure having four members fabricated out of 50mm X 50mm X 6mm angle iron to form a rectangle of minimum size 1400mm width X 2500mm height complete with 50mmX6mm M.S. flats iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins/fittings, bolts and washers etc ( as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required

Supplying and erection of three piece nonlinear resistor type lightning arrestor suitable for 3 wire, 11 KV overhead lines with rated voltage 9 KV (rms) with a nominal discharge current rating of 5 KA and complete with galvanised clamping arrangement, G.I. bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm) ( 20mtr for one earth pit X 150nos earth pit = 3000mtr)

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Painting of One Lighting pole & bracket with Painting with aluminium paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade . (12 Mtr. Long)

Numbering of the pole by painting a long of 2 ft length of all surface with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand.

Erection of cradle guard as required.

Clamps, bolts, nuts etc.

Supplying and fixing of 11 KV 630 Amp double break flat type GOAB switch (horizontal) complete set with nuts bolt, drill holes, gas cutting & necessary arrangement.

Supplying and erection of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per metre) 11.18 MTR at pole/structure for installation of one nos GOAB Switch with necessary arrangement.

Fixing of 11 KV 630 Amp double break flat type GOAB switch (horizontal type) with nuts bolts, drill hole, gas cutting and necessary connection.

Dismantling, and fixing of 11 KV 630 Amp double break flat type GOAB switch (horizontal type) with nuts bolts, drill hole, gas cutting and necessary connection.

Supplying and fixing of high voltage grease for smooth operation of gang in all gang switches (10 Nos.) of AOCP.

Supply of 630 Amp horizontal type GOAB male & female contact for 3 nos for 1 GOAB.

Supply of Mechanism ball bearing for GOAB operating rotor

Supply of GOAB operating long pipe with necessary arrangement as required.

Cutting of pole with V shape for making of smooth reducing of 6" to 4 " dia for jointing, straitening, hammering for making of pole

Welding 250 mm X 6 row = 1500 mm, 80 mm X 3 nos = 240 mm Total = 1740 mm, For 150 nos pole = 150 X 1740 = 261000mm

Trimming of tree branches, cutting of trees, bushes and vegetations along the HT power feeders (OH Lines) of Ananta OCP up to 3mtrs of either side of the feeders to minimise power cuts/faults with 4 person including cutting accessory.

Painting of One Lighting pole & bracket with Painting with aluminium paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade . (16 Mtr. Long)

Transportation of all tubular poles from the Regional store to Ananta Pole storage location and from Ananta Pole store location to field as and when required.

Total impact of GST plus Labour Cess [@ 1 % (BOCW Cess to be deducted from the RA bill as per the value of the work progress)] for the purpose of CTC
