Providing and laying in position standardized concrete Mix M-20 Grade (1:1.5:3) in accordance with IS 456-2000 using 20mm and below graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3cum), 5156kg of 10 – 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670kg of Q.dust, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers – The Coarse and Fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards.

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 mix using Fly Ash bricks of 230x110x70mm (8 3/4" x 41/4" x 23/4") including cost of materials and labour charges etc., as per standard specification

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix, 12mm thick - 1 m2 as per direction of department officer.etc.

Supplying and fixing of design grill main gate including cost and conveyance of all labour and material charges ..etc. complete

Fabricating supplying and fixing of pre painted galvanium colour sheets with the following specification. The materials should be of PPGI tile profile with a red colour or any other approved design 0.47 mm thick 24 guage having width 1050 mm. The sheet should be G.I.base pre painted hot dipped galvanized iron sheet and to be fixed with shelf tapping screws,plastic washer.The washer and screws to be fixed by using minute power machine drilled with out damaging the sheets paint coating to be regular modified polyster coat with zinc coating of Z 120 GSM paint thickness the finish should be terra cotta finish like malabar mangalore tiles finish optional matt finish. The sheet to be fixed withmaking suitable corrugated,cutting the sheet in to the required ssize and making ornamental designs as per the site condition and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting with Emulsion paint two coats over a base coat of approved colour etc complete

Removing and Refixing of Rubber Moulded Hydraulic Pressed Paver Block sizes 63 / 83mm thick to be laid in lorrying bone pattern with approved non sticking surface in the top and the rate including leveling the base, preparation of sub base with sand cushion 50mm thick, laying out the pavement, cut the pieces to fit the edge, vibrating the pavers, sweeping the sand grouting and laying of paver block as per standard specification.

Supply & fixing of 7 Metre Length Double Bracket Pole with Base Plate as per direction of department officer.etc.

Supply and fixing of 30W LED street light fitting with LED (Higher end) with 25 mm dia. GI pipe (class B) with 1 no. 25 mm dia GI bend complete on the existing post/ on wall with PVC unsheathed FRLS copper leads with MS clamps and with painting .

Supply and fixing in position of white glazed indian oriya type water closet 580 x 440mm size white glazed earthernware of approved quality with S or P trap confirming to IS: 2556-part XII with sand cusion and forming flooring around the closet using 40mm broaken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 mix, 100mm thick using 20mm ISS gauge brick jelly and finished the top to required slop and including giving necessary connection to cast iron soil pipes by dismantling brick masonry, RCC/ floor slab and making good of the disturbed portion to original condition without leakage etc. complete complying with std. specifications and as directed by dept. officers. (the WC should got approved by the Exe. Engineer before use on works)

Supplying and fixing in position best quality approved make white glazed earthen ware wash hand basin size 550mm x 400mm with a pair of cast iron brackets including cost of 15mm Φ brass chromium plated pillar tap, 32mm Φ C.P. waste, 32mm Φ PVC waste pipe with rubber plugs and chain, 15mm Φ G.M. Solid PVC Door Shutters using 19 Gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top, lock and bottom rails.
