Excavation in trenches in soft soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide for laying of cables, RCC/Steel tubular poles/stays and struts etc getting out including trimming sides and forming bottom surface complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, back in trenches after cables have been laid and tested, poles, stays, struts have been erected and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated surplus material to a distance n. exc. 50 mtr away in layer n. exc. 25cm from the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for sand cushioning with dry and clean locally available sand for underground cable 8cm before laying cable and 15 cm after laying cable and punned to 18 cm after laying of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note: Pressed thickness shall be considered for payment purpose

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type -II with peak, size 450 mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in charge.

Taking out different sizes of XLPE HT cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in charge.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty)with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts earthed grade cross sectional area 3 core 120 sq mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in charge.

Taking Down & Dismantling of existing transformers of cap 400 KVA and shifting to MES Yard location complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in charge.

Taking down and Disconnecting of existing VCBs and shifting to MES Yard location complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in charge.

Supply, installation, testing, Commissioning of oil cooled, copper wound step down transformer of capacity 400 KVA plinth mounted outdoor type with latest feature complete with standard fitted HT 11 KV 3 Phase 4 wire ,50 C/S oil immersed naturally cooled externally cooling tube delta connection on primary side HT 11 KV and star connection on secondary LT 433 V with tappings at + 2.5 % to + 7.5 % on HV side and to be changed by hand operated off load tap changing gear including first filling of transformer oil of dielctric strength not less than 55 KV with all fittings and accessories such as LT box with gland, HT box with gland .silica gel breather ,oil level indicator gauge, drain out valve ( oil tank), exhaust vent ,air release valve ,temp gauge, cast iron wheel etc comply with EEL1 IS 1180 2014 with amendment 1,2,3&4 effective after 30.03.2022 having total loss at 50% load 1225 W and at 100% load 3450 W. Following items/Accessories included in this rate therefore no any extra cost will be paid for this items complete as in repairs all as specified by Engr-in-charge.

(b) Cost of all necessary T&P and measuring device shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost. (c) Drawing of Transformer shall be approved by GE before placing the order. (d) PCC foundation ,plateform as per manufacturer recommendation ( one meter high from ground level) shall be provided by contractor without any extra cost. (e) Any other item which is required for efficient functioning of transformer deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissiong of Indoor vacuum Circuit breaker consisting of 01 set of 04 Nos VCBs panel board (having 01 No incommer VCB Panel + 03 Nos Outgoing VCB Panels) triple pole 400 Amps, having rupturing capacity 250 MVA horizontal isolation and horizontal draw out type 11KV totally enclosed extensible pattern with automatic drop down and independent spring charging type motor operated closing mechanism including motor suitable for operation on 230 volts 50 cycle AC supply system and manually operating sytem with 24 volt DC shunt trip coil with auxiliary switches mechanical ON/OFF indicator with protective relays and conforming to IEC -62271-100,200&IS-13118:1991 complete all as specified with and including following items:-

(d) Trip circuit supervision relay -01 Nos for incomming relay and 01 Nos for outgoing .single phase as below:- (i) Red/Green. VCB On-Off indication (ii) Amber: Trip indication (iii) White: Trip Circuit healthy indication with push button. (iv) Blue: VCB Mechanism spring Charged indication (v) Three Phase copper busbars with rear cable termination i.e. provision for terminating 3 core XLPE cable of required size (vi) One no strip heater-100w (continuously rated) with thermostat control for breaker/CT compartment with manual On-Off switch-1 set (vii) Structural steel frame including PCC foundation and earthwork as per manufacturer specification (viii) One No 3 way breaker control switch with position TRIP-NEUTRAL-CLOSE (ix) Both manual spring charging and motorised spring charging and operating arrangement (x) MCB 2.5A /3Amps for metering and protection circuit (xi) Auto trip, Motor/Manual charged spring operating /closing mechanism, Fault alarm (xii) All wiring necessary for the above including interconnection to trip coil. The wire should be FRLS type in all panels. (xiii) Test Terminal block to test meter and relay with sealing arrangement. (xiv) Power pack 110V DC with battery & Charger.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electroe 60 cmx60cm6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to and including galvanized earth lead GI Strip of size 32x6mm by means of GI bolt/snuts/washers, protected by 40mm bore GI light grade pipe from earth plate & upto 3m long pole fixed with 2 clamp made from mild steel flat iron 25x4mm bolts, nuts, washer etc. earth plate shall be surrounded by alternate layer of charcoal or coke and common salt 15cm thick all around buttom and top of earth plate 20mm dia GI Medium grade pipe for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, RCC cover & frame PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in earthing pit including necessary excavation & earth work all as specified & shown on electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I. Note: (i) PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 mtr away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner (ii) earthing for Lightning protection is also included in the above item.
