Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation, pipeline etc area not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading in layers not exceeding 25cm, levelling, watering and well ramming as in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work using locally available first class bricks sub class 'B' bricks (old size brick), straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brickwork with locally available best quality sub class "B" bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces and finishing the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on other than fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for mild steel TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bend to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab of drain, etc and set in cement mortar (1:4) including necessary formwork, moulds, etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F in repairs 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) soil, waste and vent pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints laid in floors or trenches etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs PVC (SWR) pipes type 'B' 110mm bore, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls using MS holder bat, fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs PVC (SWR) branch piece single (single Y) 110mm bore with access door complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs for 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) bends of any radius complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and plastering the distrubed portions in cement mortar (1:3) to match with surround surfaces, cutting out existing benching and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 round section) in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 finished smooth and reforming benching as required for 100/110 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and plastering the distrubed portions in cement mortar (1:3) to match with surround surfaces, cutting out existing benching and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 round section) in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 finished smooth and reforming benching as required for 150/160mm bore pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and plastering the distrubed portions in cement mortar (1:3) to match with surround surfaces, cutting out existing benching and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 round section) in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 finished smooth and reforming benching as required for 200/225mm bore pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling cast iron work of any description of manhole cover or similar items complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up to 150mm bore drain pipes (SGSW/AC/RCC) set in cement mortar including cement concrete bedding and removal of debris/rubbles etc to a distance not exceeding 50m complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Necessary axcavation and earth work shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for salt glazed stone ware drain pipes 150 mm bore, grade 'A' laid in trenches, jointed and tested complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggragate) as in concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 150 mm bore SGSW/RCC drain pipes complete all as specified and as directed .

Demolition and breaking up to 200/225mm bore drain pipes (SGSW/AC/RCC) set in cement mortar including cement concrete bedding and removal of debris/rubbles etc to a distance not exceeding 50m complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Necessary axcavation and earth work shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for salt glazed stone ware drain pipes 200 mm bore, grade 'A' laid in trenches, jointed and tested complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggragate) as in concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 200 mm bore SGSW/RCC drain pipes complete all as specified and as directed .

Attending of complaint by covering the following items of work :- (a) Cleaning and clearing of blocked IWCs and EWCs to sewage line upto 1st manholes by rodding or any other suitable method and taking out the muck, mud and other debris from WCs and the sewage line cleaning with fresh water & removing the debris upto a distance exceeding 200M and not exceeding 250M and covering the same with a layer of soil not less than 15cm thick complete all as specified and as directed. (b) Cleaning and clearing of blocked chocked floor trap in kitchen and bathrooms including gully trap, the waste water line connection etc by rodding or by any other suitable method and taking out the debris to a distance exceeding 200m & not exceeding 250m and covering the same with a layer of soil not less than 15cm thick and drain out the floors taps, gully traps waste pipe and soil pipe with fresh water etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-(i) Adequate number of workmen shall be deployed as and when complain received for immediate execution. If any complaint not attend by the contractor within a day then a sum of Rs. 50.00 will be recovered against per complain per day from the contractor. (ii) Rate quoted above shall be deemed to including the cost of adequate T&P, equipment, safety devices etc (iii) Proper records (date wise) of complaints received & rectified by the contractor and attendance register of trademen shall be maintained and shall be produced for verification at the time of payment of each RAR/Bill.

Taking out liquid/solid content from manhole/ sump/ septic tank of any size any depth by super succer machine or high pressure pump, cleaning throughly including disposal of liquid/solid content out of the Cantt Area and covering with a layer of soil not less than 15cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 15/20mmmm bore, bib taps of PTMT, any colour high pressure, screwed for iron pipe and fixed (minimum weight 90 gms for 15 mm / 125 gms for 20mm) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles of size 20cmx20cmx25mm thick, as in floors etc, including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding in cement mortar (1:6) and set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in grey cement and pigments to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block, design & shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40mm thick, PCC (1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and disposing the rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic colour tiles 7to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floor and vertical surface as in skirting etc, set and jointed in net cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair CP health faucet cast copper alloy with push button & 1m long flexible steel pipe with PVC lining suitable for 15mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs for vitreous china bowl urinal, flat back size of 465x355x265mm whitw with grating and union for discharge pipe (excluding flushing cistern, flush pipe and waste pipe) but fixing plug bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar (1:2) securing urinal to plug including 60mm long brass screws pointing around urinal back in cement mortar including 15mm brass stop cock and waste coupling brass CP complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs, PVC low level flushing cistern, 10 litre capacity, valveless, symphonic action type with inlet, ball valve, float and handle incl bracket, PVC conection pipe and flush pipe of polyethylene of low or high density or PVC 32 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous china squatting pan, 'Orissa' pattern, size 580 x 440 mm white with integral foot rest and 'P' or 'S' trap, including provision of lime concrete bedding, connection to trap and flushing pipe providing 110mm PVC WC connector etc complete including making good to disturbed surfaces of floor to match with existing specifications complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous china wash down water closet pan (closed pattern), wall hung EWC/ white/ ivory/ off white, including connection to outgoing drain and flushing pipe, anti syphonic pipe with seat and cover, including flushing cistern and flush pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs semi-pedestal pattern (Anglow-Indian type), vitreous china water closet pan, white, with 'P' or 'S' trap, including flushing pipe, etc complete and making good to disturbed surfaces of floor by filling with PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 to match with the existings complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up to 300 to 600mm bore drain pipes (SGSW/AC/RCC) set in cement mortar including cement concrete bedding and removal of debris/rubbles etc to a distance not exceeding 50m complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Necessary axcavation and earth work shall be measured and paid seperately.

Material and labour for 300mm bore, reinforced concrete pipes NP-2 laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 600mm bore, reinforced concrete pipes NP-2 laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and as directed.
