Supplying & Fixing of Molded Shanks Raised Pavement Markers made of plastic body moulded from HIPS(HIImpact Polysterene) or ABS or ASA ( Acrylic Strene Acrylonitrite and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of13635 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280 Type H and complying to Specifications of Category A of MORTH Circular No RW/NH/33023/10-97 – DO III Dt 11.06. 1997. The height and width shall not exceed 20 mm and 130 mm with minimum reflective area of 13 Sqcm on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 +/- 5 degree. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19 +/- 2 mm and height not less than 30+/- 2 mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 700 Kgs. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the twin shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer’s recommendation and complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and installation of Hazard Marker using M.S. angle of size 55x55x6mm and 120cm high above ground level painted with two coats of black & white stripes of 15cm wide with first quality synthetic enamel paint over one coat of appropriate primer of approved brand,colour, with 300mm x 900mm Type – XI of ASTMD 4956-09 wide angle cube cornered micro Prismatic Retro reflective sheeting of Yellow colour and confirming to IRC 67:2012 fixed over 3MM Alluminium Composite Material having minimum 0.30 mm thick Aluminium skin on both sides with standard supports consisting of alternately black and Yellow with black stripes in screen printing sloping downward at an angle of 45 degrees towards the side of the obstruction on which the traffic is to pass and fixing by welding/ anchoring with base plate including cost and conveyance of all materials, equipment, machinery and labour with all leads and lifts, loading and un-loading charges necessary for successfull completion of the work on any road. Complete for finished item of work and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Mandatory / Regulatory Sign Boards size 900 mm Circle made out of Type – XI of ASTMD 4956-09 wide angle cube cornered micro Prismatic Retro reflective sheeting and confirming to IRC 67:2012 for full background of White colour and letters/logos done by screen printing in Black colour, boarders by screen printing in Red colour and fixed over 4MM Aluminium Composite Material sheet having minimum 0.5 mm thick Aluminium skin on both sides with back side painted grey colour and fixed over back support frame of M.S angle 25x25x3mm all roundand fixing with 35x35x4mm and mounted on a MS angle post of size 75x75x6mm with clear height of not less than 2.1 m from the ground levelto the bottom of the board. The signpost should be painted with one coat of red oxide paint and 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint Black and White colour with bands of 30cm of height. The signpost shall be firmly fixed with MS base angle 35x35x4 mm in to the round by M-15 Concrete foundation of size 450x450x600mm including cost and conveyance of all materials ,equipment, machinery and labour with all leads and lift, loading charges necessary for satisfactory completion of the work as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Chevron Alignment Signs (Right / Left Hand) on outer side of curves, mounted directly on crash barrier / median by means of base plates and anchor bolts or welding, including dismantling of existing improperly placed signs, supplying new retroreflective chevron boards of standard size 750 mm × 900 mm fabricated from 2 mm thick aluminum sheet, fixed over MS plate (3 mm thick) with stiffeners and anchored/welded to crash barrier or median wall. Works include surface preparation, rustproof priming, painting, alignment, spacing, and all incidental works complete. Complete for finished item of work and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of flexible Spring Posts at layby exits for safe merging of traffic, made of high-impact resistant polyurethane (PU) / thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) or equivalent material, 750 ± 10 mm in height and 80 ± 5 mm in diameter with base diameter 200 ± 10 mm, having three bands of Type XI retro-reflective sheeting as per IRC:67 / MORTH Clause 801.3, fixed to the pavement with 3 nos. M10 × 100 mm anchor bolts using epoxy grout, including surface cleaning, marking, drilling, alignment, and installation at 1.0 m c/c or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of Anti-glare screen of height 900 mm (3 feet) made of UV-stabilized, weather-resistant, flexible polyethylene / polypropylene material in dark green or black color, mounted on galvanized MS clamps fixed to the top of the median / crash barrier at spacing of 1.0 m centre-to-centre, to reduce headlight glare from opposing traffic; each unit consisting of a vertical slat with aerodynamic profile and sufficient rigidity to withstand wind load, securely fixed with stainless steel bolts and washers; including cost of all materials, fixtures, labour, transportation, and installation etc., as per IRC: SP: 99-2023. Complete for finished item of work and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of Green-Colored Reflective Road Studs along crossable continuous lines at a spacing of 8.0 metres centre-to-centre, made of ABS / aluminum alloy body with one-way microprismatic reflectors, capable of withstanding a minimum load of 13.5 tonnes conforming to ASTM D4280, fitted with highly reflective, abrasion-resistant, and UV-stabilized lenses; size approximately 100 mm × 100 mm × 20 mm; fixed to the road surface using epoxy resin adhesive after proper surface cleaning, alignment, and marking; including cost of all materials, adhesive, labour, tools, and equipment for complete. Complete for finished item of work and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and erecting a "W" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150X75X5mm spaced 2m centre-to-centre, 1.80m high, 1.1m below ground/road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS: 1367 and IS: 1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150X75X5mm, 330mm long complete as per Clause 810. Complete for finished item of work and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of existing structure of RCC Central Median Kerb, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 metres.
