Dismantling/ taking down existing hessain base felt or clay tiles or any other existing water proofing treatment from roof/ chajja including cement plaster, cleaning the surface and removing the dismantled debris to a distance exceeding 1.50 km but not exc 5 km to outside the MD land and laying water proofing membrane treatment using 4mm thick APP modified membrane consisting five layer membranes, weighing not less than 4.00kg/sqm laid over a coat of cold bituminous primer @ 0.40 kg/sqm by torching the membrane and sealing the overlap by 100mm length side and 150mm width side all as per manufacturer's instructions including joints and changes in direction be curved with 10mm thick cement mortar 1:3 mixed with SBR latex @ 2.00ml/bag of cement, curved well before laying of membrane, including applying two coats of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10 litre/sqm complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Irrespective of lap, the net covered area will only be measured for payment. (ii) Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of bituminous primer, APP membrane, solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint and SBR latex.

M & L for providing 25 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) on concrete surface over top of RCC roof using waterproofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction finished even and fair using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of cost of waterproofing compound.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on stone /PCC block /brick wall / top of chajja etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing debris to outside of INS Mandovi Area including filling of open joints in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm (10+5) thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 in two layers i.e first layer 10 mm thick and 5 mm thick outer layer mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instruction and finished surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed. Note: Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of cost of waterproofing compound.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for dubbing out average 15 mm thick on irregular face of external and internal wall surfaces (when specifically ordered in writing) in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces, priming the surface with alkali resistant priming paint, applying 1mm thick wall care putty and distempering with two coats of distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on soffit of chajja and roof projection in cement mortar 1:3 finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered ceiling surfaces and applying three coats of whitewash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for chipping, removing carefully concrete work using low impact hammer, breaking without damaging the structure, cleaning and disposing debris outside the premises complete all as specified and directed. Note: Hard concrete shall not be removed by force.

M & L for cleaning existing reinforcement with wire/ rotary wire brush, making the surfaces free of loose material, rust spalls, dirt etc, applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer FEOVERT, confirming to ASTM-B-117, on rebars, with time interval of 6 hour between each coat) and applying protective coating of IPNET-RB complete all as specified and directed.

S & F wire netting of stainless steel wire 1.4 mm dia (size of mesh 25 mm) fixed with tinned tacks of stainless steel wire staples, including necessary frame of steel complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for injecting cement slurry grout in the ratio 1:2 (cement : water) and super plasticiser (Supercom-100) at the rate 250 ml/50 kg, mixed by using mechanical mixer stirring continuously; injected by means of pump at a pressure of 0.5 kg/sqcm till grout mix flows out from the nozzles indicating complete filling of grout in the drilled holes for repairs to walls and slabs; as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for injecting low viscosity MONOPOL (3-5cps) high molecular weight monomer by pressure and using mechanized injector gun with accessories, till nozzles refuse to accept the grout, including mixing of material components (Part a & b) in quantities as per manufacturer's instruction by weigh batching, grouting by maintaining the pressure at exit (0.5 to 1.0 kg/cm2) by monitoring pressure guage at exit, grouting the material through prefixed nozzles in the structural elements @ 100ml per nozzle and repeating the process for all the nozzles (beam and columns) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for drilling and fixing Rohibb Teflon nozzles in RCC structural members, including drilling holes of 12mm dia, 50 to 100mm deep holes in structural members at intervals of 500 center to center in staggered manner and carrying out the work as under complete all as specified and directed. (i) Cleaning of holes : Holes shall be cleaned by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. (ii) Fixing of nozzles : 12mm dia Rohibb Teflon nozzles shall be inserted in cleaned holes. External end of nozzles to be machine cut to receive outlet of grouting gun. Nozzles shall be fixed inside the holes by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing. The system shall be cured for min 12 hrs. (iii) Cutting of nozzles : Nozzles shall be cut by chisel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements.

M & L for providing and applying jacketing around columns with micro concrete (Molith-MC) M40 including lifts, shuttering, drilling holes and fixing shear anchor complete all as specified and directed. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately. (Quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive of jacketing, formwork and micro concrete)

M & L for providing TMT bars mild steel bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips for stiffner of chainlink fencing complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0, using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges on concrete surfaces over top of RCC chajjas using waterproofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction fcomplete all as specified and directed. Note: Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of cost of waterproofing compound.

M & L for washing, rubbing down and stopping of any type of distempered wall surfaces, preparation of the surface, applying 1 mm thick wall care putty wherever required and applying two coats of oil bound distemper of any tint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preperation of old plastered ceiling surfaces and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old decorative wall surfaces, ceiling cornices etc by brooming, scrapping down dust particle, smoke soot, moulds, moss and efforescent salts etc, making surface smooth by applying ready mix putty where ever required and applying one coat of acrylic emulsion exterior paint complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling single layer Mangalore pattern or similar tiles in roofing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for laying roof tiles, Mangalore pattern, interlocking at side joints, laid dry complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for ridge or hip tiles to suit Mangalore pattern of roofing Tiles, bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S & F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour, having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.
