Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons Laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar etc.all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

M & L Baroda Green Marble work 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade over 15 mm thick screed bed cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over 15mm thick cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

Extra over Granite or marble slabs as in rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations etc complete all as directed. all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L Brick work with sub class 'B' old size burnt bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exc 1.50 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters without taking off shutters from the frame exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each and all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Taking down shutters of any description exceeding 1.00 Sqm and not exceeding 2.0 Sqm each all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

S&F PVC wall panelling, hollow cored, 5mm thick, decorative designs with smooths surfaces, fire resistant, water and heat proof, tongue and groove edge for easy assembly with all accessories such as U cap, end cap, tee, plugs, fillets and screws etc as per manufactures instructions and fixing complete all as specified & directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S & F floor door stopper 140mm of aluminium alloy body and tongue anodized with hard drawn steel spring fixed in floor all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S & F bright finished Aluminium 100 mm mortice lock with four levers vertical type with necessary screws etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S&F as in repairs door closer hydraulically regulated, aluminium (extruded section) body, designation No. 3, universal type suitable for door shutter upto 1000mm in width and of weight 61 to 80 kg complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F anodized aluminium frame with Powder Coating (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for doors, windows, ventilators, partitions etc., with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Anodised aluminium door shutters with Powder Coating (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron), aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/ m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, ruber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminum snap beading screws etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters, with Powder Coating (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron), side hung type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 no.), hinges type B-21 100mm long (2 no.) suitable handle (1 no.) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L one coat of distemper oil emulsion on old decorated plastered surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces by washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

M & L for 3mm thick ACP sheet of approved color as in doors, windows and partitions fixing with Aluminium beading or as per manufacturer's instruction including joint filling and tapping with necessary arrangement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Taking down cement plaster/ terrazo finish on brick wall including racking out joints, hacking for keys scrubbing down with water all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even & fair without using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

M & L providing two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer on new wooden surfaces including preparation of surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S & F as in replacement framed work such as grills, grating, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and / or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; frame work for water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Dismantling floor or wall tiles including cement mortar bedding, removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge.

M & L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 7mm thick 300 x 450mm size in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement paste pigmented to the shade over and including 10mm thick cement sand plaster (1:3) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M& L light shade/Double Charged/ultracharged Vitrified Ceramic coloured tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar for laying floor finishes in CM 1:4.

All as per Srl item No. 32 here-in-before but on vertical surface such as skirting, dado over and including 10mm thick cement sand plaster (1:4) etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L 25 mm thick Cement Conrete 1:2:4 type B–0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates flooring finished even and rough to receive topping layer all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge .

Taking down steel tubing 15mm bore and connections including cleaning for refixing/ removal complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge.

S & F 15mm bore medium grade steel tubes galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to walls & ceiling or laid in floor all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge .

Cutting chases, pinning in brick walls, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landing, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc; and cuttings chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc and making good, cutting not exceeding 10 cm girth all as specified and directed by Engineer-in - Charge.

S & F as in repairs Health faucet (ABS Body) mild steel chromium plated suitable for 15 mm dia pipe with 1.25 metre long flexible tube and ABS wall hook including making connections and fixed in position complete in all respect as specified

S&F as in repairs bib taps 15mm bore dia, fancy type, cast copper alloy chromium plated with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe all as specified and directed by Engineer – in – Charge .

S&F as in repairs WC squatting pan “Orissa Pattern” of size 580 x 440mm white with integral foot rest (excluding flushing cistern & flush pipe) including connection to trap and to flush pipes etc and lime concrete bedding complete all as specified in SSR and including trap set complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S & F anodized aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling size of grid 605 x 605mm all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L perforated particle board / tiles 12mm thick for insulation and acoustic purpose 60 x 60cm size fixed with screw to aluminium frame work or staples on snap grid in ceiling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Dismantling of PVC pipes and taking out from trenches / floors etc.100 / 75 / 50 mm bore all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .
