Offloading of the work for Annual Maintenance Contract for 02 Nos Industrial Air conditioners fitted in PCR of 02 Nos 24 96 Draglines of Dudhichua Project for a period of 02 years

SCOPE OF WORK: - Work will be carried out in accordance with the requirement brought out in the Bill of Quantity enclosed and as per instruction of Staff officer (Excv.) or his representative. 24.1 Description: - The subject work shall be done as per quantity as given in BOQ and the terms and condition of the contract to the satisfaction of the Staff officer (Excv) or his representative. 24.2 All manpower required for the work will be provided by the firm. Further, refrigerant & compressor oil for the air conditioner shall also be provided by the firm. 24.3 All required spares (excluding Refrigerant & compressor oil) will be supplied by NCL during the entire contract period. 24.4 To reduce the downtime of breakdown, bidder have to submit list of bare minimum requirement of spares and their quantity (half yearly requirement) considering the fleet of AC of machines along with their offer for efficient AMC. This list must be uploaded with other important document in PDF form. 24.5 Contractor has to make operative the cabin AC system in all the machines under contract at the beginning of contact and to ensure proper cooling in operator cabin i.e. temperature within the range 190 C to 250 C. 24.6 One year contract period for individual equipment shall be counted separately from the date from which the cabin AC of operator cabin becomes operative. 24.7 During the starting of contract, One Periodic / Scheduled inspection and maintenance will be arranged by the service provider as per OEM/OPM check sheet and recommendations for each machine and the report must be submitted to Staff officer (Excv) or their representative. This Periodic inspection Service should be carried out minimum once in a month for each machine. The periodic inspection service should include at least following aspects :- (i) Checking Refrigerant gases / leaks. (ii) Vacuum formation in the system by means of vacuum pump. (iii) Compressor Oil filling as per requirement. (iv) Refrigerant Charging in the system. (v) Cleaning of all the filters. 24.8 Contractor has to assist in planning and procurement of spares for maintenance, repair and stocking at our end. 24.9 Proper record of each job done by your firm shall be kept in a bound register and shall be duly signed by engineer-in-charge at the time of work for proper discharge of firm’s obligations under contract.

Total AMC charge (Excluding GST) per annum including Labour charge, Contractor`s profit, CMPF/EPF & CMPS , Transportation charges and material cost towards complete work (02 nos. for 2 years) as per SCOPE OF WORK & NIT
