Earth work excavation in all kinds of soil from the existing ground level in foundation trenches & levelling, dressing, ramming as per requirement etc with all leads and lift disposing the excavated material within all leads and lifts with supply of all labour, materials, T&P, hire & running charges of all machineries, Port entry fees, all taxes, dewatering charges if required etc. all complete excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying, mixing, transporting, laying in proper level & grade Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 Coarse Sand : 6 hard granite graded chips of 20mm & below size Crusher Broken) for PCC, hoisting, laying over compacted surface, finished smooth to the exposed surface, to proper level & gradient, barricading the work site curing etc with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, all taxes, hire & running charges of all machineries, transportation charges, Port entry fees etc all complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Cement concrete of M-20 grade (using Crusher broken hard granite chips of 12 mm to 20.0 mm size of approved quality for R.C.C work), mixing in a Batching Plant of required capacity, transporting the concrete by any approved means including admixture in recommended proportion as per IS-9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with hoisting, laying, compacting by mechanical Vibrator, curing etc. with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, all taxes, Port entry fees, royalties, tollage, all transportation charges, all testing, cost for design mix, engagement, hire & running charges of all machineries, operator expences etc. all complete excluding GST and as directed by Engineer in charge. N.B: The item is excluding cost of form work, cost of binding wire, cost of Steel & labour charges for bending & binding of steel.

Providing Rigid and smooth leak proof centering & shuttering with form works made of ply/steel, shutter, painting with coltar/lubricant over the ply/steel surface after each use for RCC works in slab, wall, raft etc. including dismantling them after due period with cost of all material, labour, T&P, taxes, tollage, gate entry fees, transportion, staging etc all complete excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Foundation & Plinth :

Supply of Fe-500 steel confirming to I.S. Specifications of SAIL/VIZAG/TATA make including cutting, straightening, bending, binding & placing the grills in position for RCC works including cost of binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge with supply of all materials, labour, transportation, T&P, all taxes, tollage, Port entry fees etc. all complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer in charge. N.B: Payment shall be made as per the co-efficient laid down in IS-1786. No wastages shall be paid.

Deployment of the following machineries at required location inside prohibited areas for lifting and shifting of cargo materials stacked in plot and other works as & when required with supply of all labour, T&P, operator charges including transportation, hire and running charges of machineries, fuel & consumables with all taxes, Port entry fees, tollage etc. all complete excluding GST and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Payment shall be made for actual hours engagement for the machineries with reference to the jointly signed Logsheets maintained by the Contractor which should be produced before payment. No idle charges will be paid and shifting charges from one place to anothre shall not be paid).

Hydra

Excavator - 1 cum Bucket capacity:

Hydraulic Excavator (2 cum bucket capacity)

Supply of all labour, T&P for assisting in placing of pre-cast drain/culvert in position and other alied works including Port entry fees, etc. all complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling with saline sand in foundation bed including collecting, conveying by trucks / dumpers with all lead and lifts, loading at one end and unloading at other end spreading and laying, watering, compacting by using VRR, dressing, leveling to required height, level and slope etc. with supply of all labour, materials, transportation, T&P, taxes, royalties, running & hire charges of VRR, trucks, dumpers, Port entry fees etc. complete excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer in charge. N.B:- 10% voids shall be deducted from the measured quantity of sand after compaction to arrive at the payable quantity.

Collecting, Conveying, Supplying and transportation of Quarry Dust of approved quality, conveying the same by private Trucks including loading, unloading, spreading quarry dust over the approved surface in suitable layers, compacting with VRR for both Dry & Wet rolling all complete including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, royalties, Taxes, hire & running charges of all equipments, Port entry fees, operator expenses cost of water, fuel, lubricants etc all complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Collecting, Conveying, Supplying & Spreading, IRC Grade-I metal of approved quality over the prepared sub-base in suitable layers, filling the interstices with required graine stone quarry dust as per specification, maintaining required slope and level, compacting by smooth wheeled Vibratory Road Roller of minimum 8 to 10 Ton Static Weight for both Dry and Wet rolling to the satisfaction of Engineer including supply of all materials, labour, T&P, transportation charges, engagement, hire and running charges of all equipments, water sprinkling, royalties, Taxes, Port entry fees etc. all complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Collecting and supplying the river sand of good quality with spreading the same over the indentified area to the required level & slope including transporting within a lead of 40 Km. (avg.) by private vehicles with covering at the top to prevent spillage of sand including loading at one end & unloading at other end, spreading in layers, leveling, watering, compacting by smooth wheeled vibratory road roller 8 Ton to 10 Ton capacity with supply of all labour, materials, T&P, all taxes, Port entry fees, engagement hire & running charges of all equipments etc complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer in charge. N.B:- 10% voids shall be deducted from the measured quantity of sand after compaction to arrive at the payable quantity.

Collecting, converying, suplying, transporting and laying of approved quality inter locking precast Cement Concrete Paver Blocks of M-50 grade of 100mm thick of required size and design of factory manufacture and conveying the same by private trucks with all leads including loading at one end and unloading at other end on passenger platform, footpath, circulating area of very heavy traffic, parking etc. over 50mm (Avg.) thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand including cost of Paver Blocks, all materials, labour, taxes, T&P, Port entry fees, hire and running charges of equipments/mechineries, loading & unloading, curing, cost of water, fuel, lubricant, all testing charges etc. all complete excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying of PVC Pipe of 110.0mm dia of good quality including cutting in to size and fixing the pipes in required profile for drainage purpose from plot area with supply of all material, taxes, T&P, gate entry fees, all safety arrangements etc. complete excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Brick work in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation and plinth and super structure using K.B. Bricks having crushing strength between 75 Kg/Cm² to 99Kg/Cm² of any height levels with cost & supply of all materials, labour, T&P, tollage, royalties, taxes, Port entry fees, staging, scaffolding, curing all transportation charges etc. complete excluding GST & as per direction of Engineer in charge.

12mm thick Cement plaster in C.M (1:6) over outside & inside surface of brick work & R.C.C work, racking out the joints rounding the corners, providing grooves or bead lining where found necessary & finishing smooth to the exposed surface with curing, scaffolding, staging including cost & supply of all labour, materials, T&P, taxes, tollage etc. all complete excluding GST and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Lifting the cover slab from platform site, transporting & placing the same on top of the cable trench without any damages to the wall and slab with supply of all labour, T&P, machineries, vehicles, equipments, gate entry fees, etc. complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
