Attending Complaints and rectification of electronic, electrical and mechanical defects by authorized experience technician for flame proof EOT crane of capacity upto 5 Ton, Checking of uncerviciable electrical system and find out defect of control wiring in control panel (Hoist, Long Travel, Cross Travel) Control Switch Limit Switch Rectified the same and made serviciable complete and testing thereafter complete all as specified and directed by engineer - in - charge. Note: - (a). The complaint shall be notified to the contractor by engineer - in - charge / JE E&M telephonically / personnaly / by SMS recorded in the register mentioned for the purpose. (b). Contractor shall make neccessary arrangement to attend the complaint. (c). Cost of any minor nature of repair / replacement of petty item such as nuts, bolts, washers, screws, piece of electrical cable upto 0.5 meter length etc, is deemed included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor. (d). Any other major item / repair required for the rectification shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item of the schedule as supply only.
