Taking down chowkat or frame with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) of area n.exc 1.5 sqm each and removing from site complete all as specified and direccted.

All as per item No.1 here-in-above, above but area exc. 1.5 and n.exc 4 Sqm each and removing from site complete all as specified and direccted.

Taking down chowkhat or frame of area exc 1.5 sqm but n.exc 4 sqm each and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutter of any description exc 1 Sqm and n.exc 2 Sqm each and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing of shutter in same opening of any description of area exc 1 Sqm and n.exc 2 Sqm each, complete all as specified and directed.

S &F Pressed steel frame for doors of size 105 x 60mm made out of 1.25mm thick sheet with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate etc. and making good jambs portion by providing plaster in cement mortar 1:4 and finishes as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 20 mm thick flush shutters, solid core construction, with particle board core and one face is covered with decorative face veneer with lipping/frame to match complete all as specified and directed.

S & F factory made solid PVC door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube complete all as specified in section 8 of MES Schedule Part-II, 2020.

S&F 24 mm thick solid PVC board plain colour, fixed with screws or adhesive as in shutters with rebates & shelves, including shelves fixed with PVC solid batten of size 500mm x40mm x 24mm on three sides complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick wall built in cement mortar (1:6), finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on other than fair faces of brick wall built in cement mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement but using water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item here-in-after.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for fixing of hold fast, bed block & filling of pressed steel door frame,complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ
