Re-commissioning, Fault inspection & fault rectification in Notifier Make Fire alarm system at Tech Flt Hangar and Sqn Hangar including repair / replacement of faulty wiring, conduit, flame /beam detector, addressable cards, panel wiring, MCP, strobe /sounder, modules any type and necessary works for panels recovery in healthy condition to come in operational condition without faults panels and all circuits with all accessory complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: Rectification of Fire Alarm System for both Tech Flt Hangar & Sqn Hangar shall be considered as one job.

GENERAL NOTES TO ITEM NO. 01 TO 06 :- (A) Scope of work comprises of the following :- (i) Checking & Repairing if required all the equipments of fire detection system. (ii) Operational test of all the equipment of Fire detection system in presence of rep of users and Engr-in-Charge. (iii) The Contractor will submit test report regarding functioning of all the equipments duly signed by contractor, user's rep and Engr-in-charge. (iv) Maintenance shall be carried out through the OEM or his authorised technician. Supporting documents in this regard shall be submitted for approval of Accepting Officer prior to commencement of work. (v) Emergency visit will be carried out when called for in addition to the breakdown call in case of any failure in the system, without any extra cost. (vi) Materials required for replacement will be measured and paid seperately under respective items of this schedule. (vii) Replacement of cards, any type, if required shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates for AMC. (viii) Contractor is responsible for arrangement & providing all T&P, ladder etc required for inspection & repair /replacement accessories)

Annual Maintenance Contract for Lift of 08 Passengers /544 Kg ( Manufacturing No: 10943048/Schindler) at ATC inside Technical area as per Terms and Conditions given as follows :- (a) Servicing of Lift at Regular Intervals and as Frequently as the Company deems necessary based on the Age, Nature and Condition of the Elevator and take all Reasonable Care and Maintaining of Lift Equipment in Safe and Proper Working Condition. (b) Carry out the Servicing Work as required whenever possible on a Day including Sundays & Holidays and during Regular Working Hours. (c) Replenish the Gear and Motor bearing with necessary Manufacturer recommended Lubricants whenever necessary and All Parts of the Lift will be checked, cleaned and lubricated to keep them, both Mechanically and Electrically in Perfect Working Condition. Replacement of Unserviceable Parts will be included in Quoted Unit Rate. (d) Carry out according to its Standards Customary Annual Safety Test to Examine All Safety Devices. (e) Lift AMC will be as per Terms and Conditions of OEM Company. (f) Contractor has to submit AMC within 20 Days after Acceptance of Tender. If the Contractor fails then necessary Recovery will be made as per Terms and Conditions of the Contract. NOTE : Contractor is responsible for Working and Inspection of Registration for the Year 2024-25 of Lift by Lift Inspector Cum Executive Engineer, Electrical Inspectorate, Haryana - Hisar is included in Quoted Unit Rate.

Maintenance and complete servicing of Kirloskar Make Diesel Engine type 4R1040T of capacity 83 HP coupled with fire pump of capacity (Discharge capacity 2280 LPM at 70 metre head) 75 HP consisting of normal repairs if required including replacement of defective/worn out parts such as filters, gaskets, V belts, Engine oil, coolant, rubber hoses, worm drive clamps, nuts & bolts, cleaning of alternator with vacuum cleaner, replacement of battery terminals including greasing of bearings etc and testing and commissioning complete after necessary repairs all as specified and directed. NOTE:- (1) The work shall be carried out through an OEM authorised technician. Contractor's quoted rate shall be deemed to included for the same. (2) Replacement of unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid separately as "Supply Only" under respective items of BOQ. Contractor's quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of the cost of all consumables and petty spares other than throse listed here-in-under.

NOTE:- (1) Transportation of motor from site to workshop for repairs and back to site shall be carried out be contractor under his own arrangement.
