Replacement of damaged / wornout components of 415V 3 phase, 300 ampere LT control panel cum fault analyzer installed at pumping station Baryal by way of dismantling of all the incoming and outgoing power cables from the panel and shifting the panel to workshop for its repair. Providing and fitting of new CB4SA in lieu of damaged unit. Repair to auto starter assembly of 300 ampere rating has to be carried out by extraction of worn-out power contactor kits MNX 300-2no., from the starter assembly and thereafter providing and fitting of new power contactors kit of same rating, specification conforming to ISI standards. Making and fixing of new PVC copper cable jumpers with copper thimbling at each end-2nos. Replacement of damaged internal control wiring afresh with flexible PVC copper wire of appropriate rating with proper thimbling and shifting back to site. Testing of the equipment after repairs, without load and thereafter on full load. The job includes the cost of material, hire charges of tools and tackles, labour charges etc. Rebate, if any, should be quoted separately.
