M & L in repair for Cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plate, fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as directed including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as directed .Dismantling and taking out damage/rusted cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates from existing poles / dismantled poles / pole structures complete all as directed.

Supplying and laying synthetic rubber insulated mats 2.5 mm thick for voltage upto 11 KV (size 2 x 1 m) for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006 (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety. Make Shall be : Duratruf or its equivalent.

Supply & Fix shock treatment chart standard size with diagrams and illustrations dully framed properly laminated including hooks for fixing/ fastening. The detail illustrations shall be in Hindi & English all as directed and as specified.

Supply install test and commissioning of astronomical time switch distribution box, with auto/ manual ON / OFF facilitiy for street lights , 40 Amps capacity , 3 pole, with IP protection IP54, locking facility, all internal wiring prewired with copper counductor cable factory made pole mounted type , out door mounting clamps, outer enclosure fabricated of MS sheet ,powder coated, earth terminal,suitable cable glands for all cable incoming & out going , complete all as specified & directed by Engr in charge MAKE - INDOASIAN, Cat part No TL065AS0 / equivalent in Wipro / L & T
