Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade having VOC (Veletta Organic Compound ) content less then 50 gram/liter of approved brand and manufactured including applying additional coat wherever required to achieve shade and colour as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts.The rates are inclusive octrol, royality, Malkana, toll tax,sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.
