Repairs to pot holes any depth exceeding 30mm depth, area not exc 1sqm each including sweeping free from dust & mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads paths etc, cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth making good by applying tack coat with cutback bitumen @ 5kg/10 sqm putting in pre mixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg/10 sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chipping ,6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam binder and chippings) depth of pot holes exe 30 mm complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally faning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of paving bitumnous primer at 5 Kg per 10 Sqm using bitumen VG - 10 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing bituminious premix asphaltic semi dense concrete (30mm thick) consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by wight of total mix, with using paving bitumen VG-30 laid/spread uniformly by means of mechanical pavers over primed WBM surfaces. rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber and (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using 4% paving bitumen by means of mechanical paver by weight or total mix complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for site clearance, to remove the bushes and making area workable etc all as specified and as directed

M&L 50 mm thick moorum/red bajri for berms including spreading, levelling, watering and rolled with power roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

Providing & laying of hot applied 2mm thick, thermoplastic compound for center or edge line, marking (reflective type) including reflectorising glass beads @ 250gm per Sqm area, as per IRC-35, of white/yellow colour (approved colour) and shade for road marking on bituminous/concrete road surface as per demarcation and as directed by GE

S&F in repair polycarbonate convex mirror (80cm dia) make 3M or equivalent in AUTOMAT/ACE/DARK EYE/ISI marked, polycarbonate body mounted on 16 gauge SS pipe(Grade 304) of 75mm outer dia fixed 1.5 mtr above ground surfaces abd 60cm below ground incl PCC foundation of size 30x30x60cm with PCC 1:3:6 type C1bottom part of SS pipe (Grade 304) welded with 5mm thick 125mm5125mm SS pipe (Grade-304) for anchorage in PCC, incl necessary eathwork excavation in any soil, removed and disposal of spoil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge (Note - Convex mirror shall be as per sample)

Taking down for cat eye / delineator of any description etc complete all as specified and as directed

S&F metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B-1 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed

M&L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n.exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot allied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of stone sett paving of any description or thickness in kerb etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Stone kerb (sand stone) of roughly squared stones of size 15cm x 30cm, all surfaces hammer dressed so that the maximum depression from a straight edge held against the dressed surface shall not exceed 20mm jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and struck flush incl necessary excavation, earth work, returning filling and removal all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick Moorum/red bajri,Spread,rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required and complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Rate quoted by contractor deemed included removal of excess soil/Addition of soil as required).
