Apron High Mast Supply, Fabrication, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of following height High Mast tower, including foundation, two sectioned/three sectioned, hot dip galvanised, suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875 along with its all accessories : viz head frame, Stainless steel wire rope, double drum winch, Galvanised lantern carriage in asymmetrical arrangement (suitable for LED luminaire up to 400 W - 10 Nos ), lightning finial, integral power tool installed inside the base compartment for its operation, trailing cable, supply of foundation bolts, design, construction of shallow foundation with required grade concrete for the High Mast as per the soil bearing capacity at site at suitable depth with all materials & labour etc. including termination, wiring, connection, fitting, fixing, Installation testing and commissioning of luminairs. etc. complete as reqiured lux level as per special condition of contract . The mast shall have an integral powertool with necessary acessories installed inside the base compartment for its operation. The necessary arrangement for motor (Control switch gear and starter) is to be housed inside the base compartment of mast. etc complete as required. 22 (Twenty-Two) metre height

Supply of LED Type low intensity aviation obstruction light suitable for 220 V , 50 HZ AC supply and as per ICAO standard etc. complete as required. As per list of approved make or equivalent.

Supply of LED type Flood light Luminaries having minimum system lumen output of 38500 lumens, maximum 350 watt input power with sufficient nos. of high power LEDS with suitable lens to ensure uniform distribution of light, integral electronics power driver suitable for 140 V to 270 V + 10% ,50HZ AC supply, Outdoor , IP65 Protection, thermal management with heat sinks, average life of LED > 50000 hrs, power factor > 0.95, mounting arrangement with all accessories,CRI > 70,Pressure Die Cast Aluminium housing etc as per TS. (Complete luminiare including Driver/ Control gear, LED, all accessories etc shall have minimum 5 year warrantee)

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing masonary open duct as required. upto 35 sq. mm

National Flag Mast (100Ft.) Supply ,installation ,Testing and Commissioning of 100 ft. Flag mast. Mast shaft shall be in three sections, hot dip galvanised and suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875. The shaft shall be PU painted with a coating of etch primer, primer and PU paint.The flag pole should have system for Raising Lowering of Flag. It shall have double drum winch, 6 mm dia galvanised wire rope and integral power tool for the raising and lowering of Flag. Suitable control panel shall be provided for reversing operation of Power tool motor. Also includes construction of shallow foundation with required grade concrete for the High Mast as per the soil bearing capacity at site at suitable depth with all materials & labour, LED aviation system with 3C x 2.5 Sqmm Cu armoured cable.

Supply of National flag of size 20’ x 30’ in 100% Knitted Polyester(140gsm), with reinforced super-strong nylon webbing on all 3 sides & rope/toggle sleeve and UV protected colours etc as required.

WDI Supply installation testing and commissiong of frangiable & illuminated wind direction indicator(WDI) confiriming to ICAO Annex 14, Volume I and suitable for operation on 230V, 50Hz, single phase,AC Supply and consist of following complete as required. (a) Minimum 4.5 mtr height Fibre-reinforced plastic(FRP) frangible lattice mast(minimum size 500mmx500mm).The frangibility shall confirm to ICAO Annex 14 & Aerodrome design manual part-6 / FAA. The color of mast shall be preferably aviation Red & White. (b) Wind sock assembly complete with slip rings, Pole, Aluminium drum, bracket for drum, bearing with rain shade, carbon brush with holder bracket and wind sock cloth of color Red & White etc. (c )Mounting arrangement & provision of sufficient LED lights fixtures to meet minimum lux level requirement as per technical specification and ICAO Standard. (d) One no. LED Aviation obstruction light having aluminium cast body and red polycarbonate dome. (e ) CI/MS outdoor Junction box with 6A DP MCB, interconnection internal wiring for lights using PVC insulated copper cond cable in suitable PVC rigid/DWC/HDPE Pipe. (f)Hinged arrangement for tilting down of mast for maintenance. (g)Providing and laying suitable cement concrete foundation with supply of grouting accessories i.e anchor bolts,frame etc for installation of WDI as per OEM recommendations. (Type test certificate complying aerodrome design manual part 6 including for maximum deflection and maximum force & maximum energy imparted with upto date amendment to be provided before despatch of materials)

Frangible Mast SITC of tubular pole type frangible Mast of Fibre glass material (As per latest ICAO requirement and specification) of 1.2 Mtr. Length designed to with stand wind speeds as per IS 875, suitable for mounting single LED light fitting with cross arm supports (if necessary), base plate, foundation bolts, suitable cement concrete foundation and other accessories etc complete as required as per site conditions.(Type test certificate complying aerodrome design manual part 6 including clause no. 4.9.18 and 4.9.20 for maximum deflection and maximum force & maximum energy imparted with upto date amendment to be provided before despatch of materials) Note: 1) The required length (approx) & quantity of Poles shall be as below: 1.2 mtr long - 08 Nos.
