Taking down carefully aluminium point wiring (light, fans, socket etc) complete incling battens and fittings such as switch, ceiling rose, light fittings, regulators, socket etc and making good disturbed surface of wall/floor etc complete all as specified.

M & L for point wiring with 1.5 sqmm FRLS grade PVC insulated cable 1100 volts grade as per IS-694 stranded copper conductor cable drawn through and including PVC Conduit (not less than 20 mm dia) complete for concealled wiring with all fittings and acessories including MS section box of thickness 1.6mm and hylem sheet cover of 3 mm thick for mounting of switches, sockets, regulators, etc and 1.5 sq mm stranded copper conductor cable FR grade PVC insulated for earth continuity complete all as specified and directed for one light Point controlled by one Switch.

Ditto all as per Ser item No 2 here-in-before but on Ceiling / Exhaust Fan point.

Ditto all as per Ser item No 2 here-in-before but for 5 amps socket point on independent board.

S & F in replacement LED light fitting mirror type with high out put diffuser 2 feet, 10 Watt 220 V AC decorative type with driver holder and LED lamp including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of surface mounted downlight LED 16 Watt round in shape along with PVC 1.5 sqmm 3 core wire fom ceiling rose to light fitting including making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed. Make : Philips Cat part No SM251C LED 16S-6500 PSU WH or Equivalent in Crompton Greaves/Havells as approved by GE in writing.

M&L for sub main wiring with three runs of single core 6 Sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated and unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable LT 1100 grade FRLS cable drawn through and including PVC conduit concealled with all necessary fittings and accessories and two run of PVC insulated and unsheathed single core cable multi stranded with copper conductor of size 4 Sqmm as continuous nuetral and earth wire (green in colour ) respectively, run through PVC casing and capping and connected to the terminal and common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed. (Note. Four run of cable and one run of PVC conduit concealled and one run of earth continuity wire shall be measured as one run unit)

(Note. Four run of cable and one run of PVC conduit concealled and one run of earth continuity wire shall be measured as one run complete unit)

M& L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtrs deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 Mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead of 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.5 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion including PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in pit and RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for cover slab reinforced with 6 mm dia MS bars @ 150 mm, 40 mm thick with two nos fitting handle, GI pipe 20 mm dia light grade with funnel & wire mesh for watering and 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe for earth lead protection etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 300 mm in sweep exhaust fan AC single phase 230/240V metallic body complete with all accessories including making necessory connections by using three core flexible wire of size 0.50 sqmm and making holes, grouting nut bolts in wall for exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed.

S & F electric water heater storage type steel body with copper inner tank and heating element upto 2KW capacity 25 Litre, BEE 5 Star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV, connection pieces etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for installation of new ceiling energy saving switch which contains sensitivity detector, integrated circuit it gathers automatism, convenience, safety, saving-energy and practicality funtions. It works by receiving human motion infrared rays, when one enters the detection field, it can start the load at once and identify automatically day and night with the adjustable on the sun and moon position along with delay timing of minimum 10 sec to 3 sec and maximum 8 min to 2 min complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for chemical earthing with copper earth plate electrode of size 900 mm x 600 mm x 5mm thick buried directly in ground, earth pit not less than 3.6 mtr from ground level and size 1200 mm x 1200 mm connected to copper strip of size 32 mm x 6 mm thick by means of brazing with copper plate and connected to earth dolly of main DB /Main switch including construction of earth chamber with PCC (1:3:6) type C-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate), 40 mm thick precast cover slab in RCC (1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) reinforced with 8 mm dia MS bar @ 150 mm spacing both ways with one no handle of 10 mm dia MS rod for lifting and 25 mm bore GI watering pipe medium grade and copper strip protected by 40 mm dia GI pipe medium grade with GI fittings, wire mesh, funnel including filling of charcoal and salt crystal in alternate layers and filling of layers of magnesium sulphate crystal on top and balance volume shall be filled with soft soil (in case of rocky terrain) including necessary excavation and earth works in any type of soil and connected to earthing test point including testing after completion including taking out old earthing complete all as specified and directed. Notes:-(a) The desired level of earth resistance should not be more than 0.5 Ohms (b) One metre GI watering pipe shall be kept outside for connection of running water. (c) The minimum quantity of charcoal, salt and magnesium sulphate crystal shall be as under:-(i) Charcoal - 250 Kg (ii) Salt crystal - 200 Kg (iii) Magnesium sulphate crystal - 100 kg (d) Copper strip and protection pipe up to 7.50 m deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate..

M & L for test point terminal block made of guin metal or phosphorus bronze of size 75 mm x 75 mm x 25 mm drilled and screwed including hexagonal head screw complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 20 mm x 3.15 mm copper earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required at site strip complete all as specified and directed.
