Returning, filling in incl spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm all as specified and directed.

M &L for 3 single core PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor cable 1.5 sq mm 1100V unarmoured for connection from loop /junction box to street light / security light complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old corroded LT high mast control panel of any types or sizes complete after disconnecting all electrical connection all as specified and directed.

Supply/install testing, commissioning LT high mast control panel, IP 65 manufactured by any CPRI type tested manufacturer (leg of the panel should not be less than 600mm length) out door type made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet supported and fixed on structural frame, factory made duly fixed on the ground by PCC foundation (1:2:4 Type B-1) on the adjacent pairs of leg, rendering & net cementing the same. The control panel box should have enamelled danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick, duly painted with two coats of powder coated paint internally & externally on the surface all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge The control panel box is cubicle shaped, roof canopy type, with special type of stainless steel hinges and totally enclosed dust proof and vermin proof front and back opening with locking arrangements. M&L for preventive maintenance of High Mast Luminaires carriage lowering/ lifting motor, winch rope, gear, pulley and control panel as per manufacturer recommendations incl replacement of unsv spares such as bearing, chain, control cable, terminals, MCBs etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of damage/ corroded hinges with new hinges throgh necessary gas / arc welding works complete on the outdoor feeder pillar box/ LT panel/ or any other works complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for replacement of corroded sheet metal doors of outdoor/ inddor feeder pillar box or LT panel with new CRCA sheet of 2 or 3mm thick incl painting the same with two coat of enamel paint of existing shade over a coat of red oxide primer complete incl treatment of new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for writing letter, figures, index arrows etc not exc 30 cm in height on LT Panel or any other specified location complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of LT Feeder Pillar Box/ Panel Board or any other plant or equipments by two coat of enamel paint of existing shade after treating old painted surfaces complete al as specified and directed.

M&L for sub main wiring with two run of single core PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable of size 4.0 Sqmm 1100 volts grade and one run of PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable of size 4.0 Sqmm 1100 volts grade as earth continuity conductor drawn through in and including steel conduit of 25 to 40 mm dia complete incl. all finishing accessories on roof /wall /ceiling/ angle/ channel etc complete and making good of wall/floor/ steel structure with cement plaster in cement mortar(1:6) or distempering or enamel painting to match the existing surface complete incl taking down old one all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Taking down old unserviceable Empty Box / Bus Bar Chamber / DB’s of any capacity with MCCB's or MCB fixed on wall and making good disturbed surfaces of wall / floor with cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) and distempering / white washing to match the existing surface complete all as specified & directed.

S&F sheet metal enclosure for DB’s Vertical-TPN Double Door 16 way, AC, 415 volt, IP 43 on the wall with MCCB, 125 A, 4Pole of breaking capacity 25kA as incomer by masonry works/ cement plaster in cement mortar(1:6) & making good the disturbed surfaces and distempering /white washing to match the existing surface incl connection of cable, testing checking etc complete all as specified & directed. Note:- MCCB and MCB will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for passing existing cable through stainless steel conduit of existing steel conduit dia (minimum 25 mm and maximum 40 mm) during connection of wiring cable to DB's or luminaires or any other location complete all as specified and directed.
