Supply & Fix new hermetically sealed compresor in existing window type AC, 1.5 Ton capacity including initial filling of refrigerant gas to the required pressure, brazing, electric/piping connection etc complete all as specified and directed, Make : Voltas / Shriram/Tecumseh/Kirloskar / Hitachi/LG / Blue Star.

Taking out window type air conditioner of capacity upto 1.5/2 TR of any make/type after disconnecting of electric supply and removing dust by using blower and cleaning the condenser coils and components by using water and caustic soda, checking and replacing the spares like relay, capacitors, thermostat, fan motor, blades & blower and including servicing,overhauling and charging of refrigerant and testing including fixing back in its original location complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out split type air conditioner (both indoor and outdoor units) of capacity upto 1.5/2 TR of any make/type after disconnecting refrigerant pipes, drain pipe and electric connection and removing dust by using blower and cleaning the condenser coils and components by using water and caustic soda, checking and replacing the spares like relay, capacitors, thermostat, fan motor, blades & blower and including servicing, overhauling and connecting of refrigerant pipe,drain pipe and charging of refrigerant and testing including fixing back in its original location complete all as specified and directed. NOTE FOR ITEM NOS. 6 & 7 (i) Spares will be measured and paid separately as supply only. (ii) Refrigerant gas will be measured and paid separately as supply only.

Replacement of corroded body base tray & connected portion of window type AC upto 2 Ton capacity (base tray made out of M S Sheet 18 Gauge and other portion with MS sheet 20 Gauge) including motor mounting frame, nuts/bolts of suitable size and spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer including replacement of damaged insulation etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : For replacement of the body, cost of dismantling of compressor etc including reassembling and gas charging etc as required at site shall also be deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Taking out corroded body & frame of water cooler of 80 Litres storage capacity and replacement with new angle iron frame of size 40 x 40 x 6mm and cooler body with MS/CRCA sheet of 20 gauge, painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat or red oxide primer by spray painting, including reassembleing & refixing of all parts etc complete all as specified and directed .

Supply only blower fan motor for 1.5/2 TR capacity window type air conditioner complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of fan blades of motor for water cooler upto 150 Ltr capacity including testing etc complete all as specified and directed

Supply only blower fan blade for 1.5/2.0 TR window type air conditioner complete all as specified and directed.

(iii) Transporting the motor back to the location, reinstalling in original position including alignment, electrical & water connection, commissioning and testing for 8hours continously to check the RPM etc. to the satisfactory performance etc. complete.

Over hauling of compressor motors, (blower motor) after disconnecting electric supply connection, base nut bolts and removing from base plate & transporting to workshop & back complete opening, pully, end cover plate replacing defective bearing greasing complete and refixing old existing location and reconnection of electric supply including necessary level and alignment, buts bolts, gaskets etc complete with following capacity of motors:-

Pumping down the plant to preserve the existing in refrigerant gas & leak testing of plant by charging of nitrogen gas in to entire plant & monitoring for 24hrs to find the leakages, rectification of leak by brazing & replacement of necessary gasket packing wherever required including copper tubes of suitable size vacumising of the plant by vacum pump & keeping 24hrs for pressure testing including rectification of leakages if any finally recharging of existing refrigerant gas to the plant and topping up of refrigerant if required to maintain the standard pressure complete testing of the plant for smooth functioning complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for disconnecting condenser for descaling, plugging them & providing of 15mm tee out let for local circulation of mild acid solution in the condenser (separate container and small pump set to circulate diluted acid solution to be used) PH value of solution to be circulated & to be kept 4 and checking frequently i.e. every one hour during the operation Scalgun WS solution to be used for descaling purpose after 2 to 3 hours of cleaning if ph value remains less than flush with fresh water mixed with sodium carbonate tubes and cleaning with nylonbrush after closing the end covers, circulating diluted acid solution as specified above, to maintaine PH value as above & flushing the same with fresh water including recharging of stored refrigerant up to required pressure of capacity 2x11 TR Working 22 TR (11 TR Stand by) plant complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of Air handling ducts(GI/AL) internally by using special T&P like robortic arm, air compressor, air jet nozzles, flipper, vaccum pump and a suction blower with hepa filter and check before and after the cleaning all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Nitrile rubber insulation of one layer of 19mm thickness sticking on surface by using approved adhesive and sealing the joints by weather proof tape .

S & F in repairs sheet metal enclosure with 3 pin 20 Amp earth plug & socket, also with and including single pole MCB of 20 Amps, 240 Volts, 'C' Series, 10 KA etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing unserviceable cable on wall/ceiling and supply and lay 1100 Volt grade PVC insulated 3 core 4 Sqmm stranded copper conductor cable suitable for indoor unit to outdoor unit complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully split type AC upto 2 Ton capacity & refixing inner & outer unit at new location alongwith existing frame work, bracket, refrigerant tubing, cable, stablizer etc and making good existing surface to match with the adjoining surfaces etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, clamping and jointing copper tubing in replacement of 3/8" dia for suction line and for liquid discharge line duly insulated with suitable insulation material for split AC including necessary soldering, flaring work, jointing, testing etc, making hole in wall for passing though pipe and making good to the disturbed surface to match with the adjoining surfaces etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Lay PVC Nylon braided pipe 20 mm bore heavy duty including fittings to drain out condensed water of split AC including cutting of floor / wall & making good after laying of pipe to match the existing surface etc complete all as specified and directed.
