Disconnection the existing unserviceable dosing system complete after dismantling from the foundation/ mounting and depositing same to MES store yard including making good to the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Old dosing system complete shall be deposited to MES store yard of AGE E/M (AF) Mohanabri and rate for same is deemed to be included in the item quoted rate.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of solution preparation cum settling tanks with lid, port hole, inlet/ outlet/ drain connection having sludge collection facility with level gauge fitted with & including solution preparation/ speed reducing motor, dosing pump, SS-316 agitator (FRP coated for extra protection) of capacity 200 Ltrs with following specification:- (a) Solution preparation/ speed reducing motor-0.25HP, 1440 RPM, single phase AC with suitable connecting cable. (b) Insulation- IP 55 (c) Mounting- Foot mounting (d) Gear Ratio- 30:1 (e) Agitator shaft/ blade- SS 316 (FRP coated for corrode protection) (f) MOC- Fibre glass reinforced polymer (g) Chemical dosing pump- Electronically controlled, 06 lph/ 04 Kgs, RC 11 type, 230 volts, 50 Hz suitable for any type chemical with suitable connecting pipe in both inlet and outlet side and suitable connecting cable.

Excavating in post holes in soft/ loose soil ( or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu.m. getting out, returning,filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around , in layer not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 M complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour rolled Mild steel in joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without conecting plates, etc. ( cut to ordinary lenghts i.e. within 20 mm of the length indicated) conforming to Fe-410-W ( Grade-E-250) quality A including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of suitable primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixed Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type B-2 (1:2:4), using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, 100 mm thick , as in foundation/ plinth complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only chlorine test kit with coloured amples, OT solution, testing fitments including parameter box and all are packed in one collectively rexene finish wooden box of suitable size complete all as specified. Make:- RMCO/ Aqau/ Pearl Filters

Supply only calcium hypochlorite granular form of 65% to 70% active granular chlorine packed in 45 Kg PVC sealed container suitable for treatment of water for drinking purpose complete all as specified and directed. Make- Potter & Watts/ Declibac/ AQUAFIT

Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft / loose soil. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing epoxy powder coated sheet metal enclosure for DBs, double door (when MCBs to be used), Single pole and neutral 240 V, 4 ways with mounting fitted with bus bar, DIN channel , neutral link and incoming contact complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing MCB SP, 10 to 32 Amps, 'C' series 10kA, 240 Volts and to be housed in DBs including necessry connection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- Proper and suitable size cable lugs to be fixed with MCB are included in unit rate of each MCB of any rating).

Supply and fixing MCB SPN 40-63 Amps, 'C' series 10kA, 240 Volts and to be housed in DBs complete including necessry connection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- Proper and suitable size cable lugs to be fixed with MCB are included in unit rate of each MCB of any rating).

Supply and fixing/laying XLPE insulated GI wire/strip armoured electric power cable (Heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 10 Sqmm 2 core laid in trench /poles/on wall/floor including nut and bolts, clamps as required at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, protection brick and pipe shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items).
