Note - The rates quoted shall deemed to be include cutting to require size and welding or boulting to Beam , post, rafter shall be extended at site, rate included in this item.

M&L mild steel framed work such as grills , gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged in to spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 , complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I . S 1161-1979 GDE ST 240, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Welding is a shop welding for truss, column et. Only small article welding is allow on site.

M & L applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Pre-painted galvalum aluminium zinc coating steel based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick (total coated thickness) of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa minimum, yeild strength, it shall be coated with hot dip alloy of 55% aluminimum, 43.5% zinc,1.5% Silicon and finished with resin coat on both surface @ 150 gm/ sqm of coating as specified and shall be fixed with hot dip galvanised, self drilling and self tapping screws neoprened and EDPM washers as in roof covering all as directed at site all as specified and dircted.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 with using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass conc etc complete as specified and as directed.

M&LSand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation for interlockin paver block complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-40 Grade with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and directed.
