Taking down chowkats or frames exceeding 1.50 sqm but not exceeding 4.00 sqm with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and directed

Taking down chowkats or frames not exceeding 1.50 sqm with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutter of any description exceeding 1.00 sqm but not exceeding 2.00 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing aluminium anodised (powder coated) three track sliding window frame with shutters with ( 2 Nos glazed and one wire gauzed shutter) including all necessary joining cleats, hold fast, rubber gasket, snap beading and locking arrangements fixed with screws to wall etc. complete and glazing with and including 4 mm thick plain glass to aluminium frame work using rubber gasket and including stainless steel wire cloth of 0.36 mm dia & average width of aperture 1.40mm with staple or suitable fillets wire mesh fitted with screws and washers etc including aluminium grill of thickness 5mm and opening not exceeding 75mmx75mm etc with the following section of frame and shutter complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Sections for shutter:- (i) 'H' section: 39 x 20 x 1.20 mm thick (ii) 'Interlock' section: 39 x 20 x 1.20 mm thick (iii) 'Edge & Bottom' section: 41 x 20 x 1.20 mm thick (b) Section for frame:- (i) Top & Sides: 92 X 29.50X 1.20mm thick (ii) Bottom: 92 X 29.70 X 1.20mm thick

Supply and fixing aluminium anodised (powder coated) ventilator frame (section for frame 63.5 X 38.1 X 1.20mm thick) with shutter(section for shutter 41 x 20 x 1.2mm thick)(bottom half portion fixed and top half portion with louver) including all necessary joining cleats, hold fast, rubber gasket, snap beading and locking arrangements fixed with screws to wall etc. complete and glazing with and including 4 mm thick frosted glass to aluminium frame work and louver using rubber gasket and fixed with stainless steel wire cloth of 0.36 mm dia and average width of aperture 1.40 mm outside vent with staple and suitable wall angle of size 25.4 x 25.40 x 1.1mm thick and fillets with screws and washers etc including Deco Grill of Model / Design No. DG 104 and 6.3mm thick etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm wood grain printed single side prelamaminated PVC sheet used instead of plain colour PVC sheet & edges will be painted to match with prelamaminated sheet complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppyling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pressed steel frames for doors of frame size 105x 60mm with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc. complete as specified and directed. Note: Filling of hollow portion of frames with PCC shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F Pressed steel frames for doors of frame size 125x 60mm with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc. complete as specified and directed. Note: Filling of hollow portion of frames with PCC shall be measured and paid separately.

Material & Labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in filling of pressed steel frame complete all as specified and as directed.
