Labour only for attending day to day external/treated water supply complaints of all nature including grey water pipe leakage i.e leakage in water supply pipe lines, fitting/fixture, over flow of overhead tank, no water supply in supply tank/direct kitchen tap and grey water supply in various locations & taking out water from trenches during repair including note down the complaints in complaint register complete all as specified and as directed (Note:- Any material required for attending complaints shall be measured and paid separately under respective item herein after as 'Supply only').

Labour only for attending day to day electric supply complaints of day to day maintenance of existing LT Panels involving replacement of meterials including connecting electrical accessories / spares of water supply installation from 0830 hrs to 1730 hrs and electrical fitting & light, short circuits in pump house including Note down the complaints from various locations in complaints register and distribution to the trademen complete all as directed. (Note:- (i) Any meterial required for atteding complaints shall be measured & paid seperately under respective item here after as 'supply only') (ii) The suitable shift duites as deems fit shall be decision of the Engr-in-charge

(viii) The Pipe Fitter shall always be in possession of die set complete with cutters,Taps, Pipe wrench, Chain wrench, Caulking tools, complete set of spanners and ladders etc as required at site. (ix) The Electrician shall always in possession of all Electrician tools, LT Megger, Earth Tester, Multimeter, Crimpling tool, insulation tape, Hand gloves etc required at site. (x) Rate for taking down/out existing & fittings & fixtures and refixing to make it functional shall be into account. All the fitting & fixtures shall be measured and paid supply only in respective items of BOQ i.e. Ser Item No. 3 to 16, 17, 18.01 to 18.05, 24, 44 to 50 and 54 to 60. (xi) A BOO ordered for material procured by contractor and taken on charge through RV and complaint wise dockets will maintained and USR's duly vetted by AO GE (E/M) for procured materials issued for incorporation in work will be mentioned in BOO. BOO will concorn/approved by Accepting Officer in one time for complete materials to be consumed in work and if any balance quantity of material left with contractor the same will received back on credit USR's & kept on record.
