Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thick below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection, laid in panels, concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate), as in foundation filling etc all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing 25mm thick (measured solid) precast cement concrete louvres and jallies in PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates) including all mouldings set in cement mortar (1:4), fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed .

Add to (or deduct from) above item no 4 for each 10mm thickness or part thereof over, 25mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 60mm thick machine pressed precast concrete inter-locking paver blocks any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006, M-35 grade, with grey cement and pigment, laid in floor/ path/ hardstandings in any pattern as approved, laid over sand cushion and interstices filled with sand using plate vibrator complete all as specified and directed. Note: Sand for sand cushioning shall be measured and paid for separately.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlars facing, dressed stone work & precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or corvered on plan exc. 6.0m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone masonary, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified & directed. Note-The quoted rate should including scaffolding and other necessary arrangements upto height upto 9.0 mtr.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all specified and as directed. Note-The quoted rate should including scaffolding and other necessary arrangements upto height upto 9.0 mtr.

Material and labour for preparation of old plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel framed work for such as guard bars/ grills, grating etc with end of bars shouldered and/ or riveted forged into spikes, framed guard bars barred iron door, railings and similar work complete conforming to Fe-290 Gde E 165 including one shop coat of zinc chromate primer including taking down guard bars/ grills, gratings complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old untreated steel surface of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new untreated steel surface of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh, any type and size complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of fencing posts/ struts of any description (wood, steel or RCC) embedded in concrete, brick work, masonry etc. including taking out embedded portion and making good to disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in blocks, bends, roof curves, mud stopes, sunken floor rounded, coping, benching of manholes, drains, laid to shape and slope etc, haunching, slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating etc including all necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel galvanised 2strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. fixed in repairs complete all as specified and as directed. (each line of wire to be measured)

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose soil each n. exc. 0.5Cum, getting out, returning, filling in, and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to adistance n. exc. 50m and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling, fencing post, columns etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel framed work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde- E- 250) quality complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Providing cement concrete , PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in roof kerbs, benching, copings, bed plates, kerbs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/ PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm wide for flat & rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified.

M&L for 50mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection, laid in panels, concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed

Use and waste of formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n. exc. 20cm wide and sides of RCC/ PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc. 10cm but n. exc. 20cm wide for flat & rough finished surfaces of concrete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galavanised fencing any size and any type complete all as specified and directed.
