PART I : CIVIL WORKS

Dismantling of existing wooden wall paneling, aluminium partitions, Doors, Windows, Ventilators including shutters & frames (chowkhats), Architraves, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking at directed place etc. and disposing the unserviceable materials out side V S Bhavan at location identified by EIC within Anushaktinagar complete. All as directed by the Engineer in-charge.

Dismantling of existing false ceiling of grid type/ fixed or any type from ceiling completely and handover the scraped metal item in maint. office & disposed off debris materials out side V S Bhavan at location identified by EIC within Anushaktinagar complete. All as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing & laying machine cut machine polished Cuddapah stones/granite stone/marble stone as mentioned followings for kitchen platform/cupboard vertical support /shelves /window cill etc and including necessary cement mortar for backing/ bedding, close jointed and grouted with matching cement slurry and finished to line, slope, level, plumb, curing etc, as required including cutting of stone slabs,wastage, making cut outs wherever required etc all as per drg, specifications and as directed by EIC. Note : 1)Verticals,shelves,platform shall be embedded minimum 25 mm in wall/flooring. 2)Exposed finished face of Cuddapah stone shall be measured for payment in sqm.

a) 30 mm thick machine cut and both side machine polished Cuddaph stone for shelves including rubbing and polishing the exposed edges.

Providing and fixing at all floors and levels machine cut machine polished natural granite stones as mentined below for Door windows framing in sandwitch form, flooring, dado, skirting, cladding etc and including necessary cement mortar for backing/ bedding, close jointed and grouted with matching cement slurry and finished to line, slope, level, plumb, curing, cleaning of stone slabs, wastage, making cut outs wherever required, as per drawing & pattern including removing old floor,dado stacking serviceable materials and disposal of debris outside colony etc complete all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge. Note :Exposed surface on Elevation & exposed vertical finished face shall be measured for payment in sqm. Overlapping & edges etc shall not be measured.

(a) 18 mm thick granite stone of steel grey, Lavender blue, brown or any other shade given by an architect for steps dado, skirting/cladding with stone slabs of various size in pattern including 12 mm thick 1:3 cement mortar bedding and applying Araldalite to the back of the Granite stone for fixing etc., complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & laying at all floors & levels first quality ceramic tiles of minimum thickness as specified by the manufacturer of M/S. H&R Johnson (India) Ltd /M/s Kajariya/M/s Somani. or equivalent approved make of approved colors, shade and texture in flooring / dado / skirting as per approved pattern. incluidng cost of all materials, including cutting the tiles to required shape, wastage, pointing the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigments to match the colour of the tiles, finished to line, level, slope & plumb, final cleaning of surface as required, curing , making necessary opening cutouts etc.and including removing existing flooring / dado and disposing of debris inside Anushaktinagar colony at the location identified by EIC complete all as per specifications, relevant IS code & as directed by the EIC.

a) In dado / Skirting with tiles of 300X450mm /300X600mm (Approx size) or approved equivalent fixed over 12 mm thick 1:4 cement mortar (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) backing / fixed directly over existing tile with polymer cum cement based tile adhesive manufactured by M/s. Roffe construction (Non-Skid Ahhesive, NSA) or M/s Ardex Endura (Gold Star) or other approved equivalent, jointed with cement slurry & grouted with pigment of matching shade & finishing the top of skirting/dado etc. complete.

Providing and laying at all floors and levels Vitrified tiles of size 600mmx600mm of M/s H&R Johnson Ltd / M/s Kajariya/ M/s Somany or equivalent approved make of approved pattern,colour & make & min thickness of 8.5 mm or as per manufacturer's specifications, laid directly over laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar1:4 bedding (using reday mix mortar) and spreading neat cement slurry by using minimum cement about 2 kg/sqm prior to bedding and spreading cement paste using minimum cement of about 4.50 kg/sqm over bedding,or on existing tile with polymer cum cement based adhesive(water proof quality) manufactured by roffe construction– NSA (non skid adhesive) or M/S Ardex Endura chemicals– Gold star or other approved equivalent in respect of flooring and fixed over 12 mm thick backing cement mortar 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) in respect of skirting , close jointed and grouted white /colour cement slurry with pigments to match the colour of the tiles, finished to level, line, slope and plumb including cutting of tiles, making openings / cut out wherever necessary, including wastage for odd shape of room and final cleaning of surfaces as required, curing, etc. complete all as per drawings and manufacture's specification, relevent IS code and directed by the EIC. Note:No claim for payment of over thickness of adhesive for tile over tile work /cement mortar bedding considered by the Department.

a) In flooring with tiles of approx. size 600 mm x 600 mm in Size laid over 20mm thick cement morter 1:4 bedding or on by chemical adhesive..

b) In Dado / skirting with tiles of size 600 x 100 mm in size laid over 12 mm thick cement morter 1:4 backing with cement or by chemical adhesive.

Providing, fixing, and making furniture items such as wall panelling, cabinets, workstations with table tops and their supports (with or without sandwitch form), drawers, etc. at all floors and locations as per given drawings, Such furniture items shall consist of the following thickness of water-proof marine ply wood of BWP grade AA conforming to IS 710 and be fixed on 2nd class teak wood or anodized aluminium frame work over walls or ceilings in line and level, including suitable SS screws, adhesive,polishing/painting at backside of ply etc., with seamless joints: It is also noted that, while making cabinets or workstations, all the joints shall be fixed with tongue and groove wherever necessary. The veneer work includes the removing/scraping old colour/polishing from existing ply and fixing the new veneer on it.Work shall include all the necessary tools, tackels, nails, etc., including wastage; making cutouts for electrical fittings and fixtures with shutters; suitable SS handles; SS hinges; for drawer smooth opening and closing, it is necessary to provide ball bearing drawer runners of M/s. Hettich or M/s. Ebco according to the size of the drawers; and completing all as per specifications and pattern as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Notes: i) 2nd-class teak wood frames and anodized aluminium work shall be paid under the relevant item.

Providing and fixing of flat machine pressed three layer (medium density) particle board or graded wood Pre-laminated Both side decorative lamination and other side balancing lamination Grade I, Type II, IS: 12823 marked including priming coat on unexposed surface, with necessary fixing arrangement and screws etc. complete all as per the direction of Engineer- in- Charge.

Providing & fixing 12 mm thick Bison panel at all floors & locations including fixing the sheet to existing wooden/ M.S./ aluminium frame work with necessary SS screws, forming grooves as required sizes making necessary openings/ cut outs around electrical fixtures A.C. grills & trap doors fixing to correct lines and levels with beading, scaffolding etc. complete all as directed bythe Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: All the joints of bison panel sheets in partition works shall be fixed or sealed with woven tape with the necessary waterproof glue.).

Repairs to damaged RCC structural members at all locations/ floors using polymer modified cementatious mortar, for strengthening the existing RCC structural members using acrylic based polymer and comprising the following operations: Important Notes: 1. Breaking cracked / spalled concrete members along the cracks with plaster, including removing and stacking of all unserviceable material at site,simultaneous transportation and disposed at a location in Anushaktinagar as identified by EIC. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge. 2. Exposing and cleaning the reinforcement thoroughly by light tapping / wire brushing of using strong emery paper and finally by acetone /rust remover of Dr. Fixit / Anuvi chemicals / Fosroc or other eqivalent. 3. Applying a coat of polymer and cement slurry in the ratio 1:1 by volume to the reinforcement bars. 4. Polymer required for the work shall be procured by the Agency from approved Manufacturers Like M/s Astra , M/s Anuvi, M/s Apcotex or other approved equivalent manufacturer confirming to technical requirements as below and the invoices/challans etc to be submitted to EIC for record. Appearance: Milky white Ph- value : 9-10 Specific gravity : 1.055+/-0.005 Solid contents(%w/w)-: 44+/-1 Viscocity at 25 degree C temperature (in sec): 15-20 Testing of the material as per relevant codes at NABL approved third party Lab. is to be done by the Agency for every batch/lot of supply. 5. Bond coat should be applied @ 0.37 ltr./layer/sq.m. 6. Minimum FM of silica sand should be 2.10

a) Building up with polymer modified cementatious mortar for RCC structural members etc. in layers not exceeding 20 mm in a day (proportion – cement 50 Kg. : Silica sand 125 Kg. : polymer liquid 10 ltrs.) with necessary bond coat (polymer : Cement = 1:1 by volume) for tack coat and also for subsequent layers using polymer including curing, covering the flooring /window with tarpaulins or equivalent covering material to avoid deposition of polymer mortar and cleaning of floor / windows thoroughly on completion of repair work etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Polymer used for this work in KG shall be measured for payment.

Cement plastering using factory manufactured pre mix/ready mix mortar in CM 1:4 of 'Roofit Mix'of M/s Premier Floor to Roof Materials pvt.ltd/ 'Easy plast' of M/s Walplast Products pvt.ltd/ 'Readiplast' of M/s Ultratech Cement Ltd or other approved equivalent make, having minimum composition of C:S :: 1:4 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS 383 suitable for external plastering, having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechnical mixing with water in a metalic tray only to make good consistency as per the specification of the Manufacturer and applied on internal wall and ceiling finished smooth with pop over brick walls or concrete surfaces at all floors and levels, including,Scaffolding membrane curing by applying one coat of factory made curing compound Resikure of M/s Anuvi Chemicals, Concure of M/s fosroc, Dr. Fixit curing compound or other equivalent over repaired surfaces as per manufacturer's specification etc. and removing existing damaged/ worn out plastering and disposing off out side V S Bhavan at location identified by EIC within Anushaktinagar complete all as per specifications and as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing of 100% eco – friendly Light weight calcium silicate inorganic modular Acoustical light weight grid ceilings at all heights having 15 mm thick integral densified edges of Tegular/board edged of Size 595x595MM of M/S Aerolite Industries Pvt.Ltd. Manufactured using Non cementitious Calcium silicate Binders reinforced with eco- friendly inorganic Fibres with Minimum eco-friendly recycled content of 50% (For Green Buildings). The ceiling Tiles should be free from Chemicals, asbestos having Zero VOC for better indoor Air Quality as per requirements of IGBC / Griha. The ceiling tile should be of approved texture, design and patterns like Spectra / Quadra Spintone / Cosmos / Globe / Hexa / Plain having NRC (Noise Reduction coefficient) of 0.50 to 0.75 (for semi perforated and fully perforated range of tiles), Light reflectance of 85% (minimum). False ceilings shall be Tested and classified to fire classification class of A1(Non – Combustible), S1(Zero Smoke), d0 and it should be Mandatorily 100% Non-combustible as per BS: 476 Part IV, Part VI for Non-Flame spread & Part VII for Non flame Propagation & also classified as Non ignitable and smoke developed of 0-5 onlyin accordance with ASTM-E84 as per requirements of UL 723/ NFPA 101 of international buildingsafety code. False ceilings must have 100% RH Property guaranteed for 10 years free replacement for sagging/warping and bending. Thermal conductivity of 0.043 W/m°KC to 0.050 W/m°KC as per IS 3346/1980 (High Thermal Insulation). 100% Antifungal, Antibacterial confirming to JIS-Z-2801 and ASTM- G-21 certified by NABL accredited labs. The tiles shall have Thickness: 10 mm thick in the centre and 15mm thick all around on edge resting portion with integral densified edge. 350 kg/M3 in the centre 10 mm thick portion and 450 Kg/M3 cube on the edges, (Average 360 kg per cum as per ECBC Code 2007).The framework shall be suspended from ceiling by slotted cleats of size 25X35X1.6mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5mm dia and 50mm long dash fasteners and to be suspended by Galvanised 6mm Threaded rod up to 1000 MM Length with Galvanised L Shaped level adjuster of Size 76Z25 X 25 X 1.6mm length with MS Z Cleat of size 25 X 37X 25 X each 1.6 MM with Pre-cut hole on the 25 mm Flanged, spaced at 1200mm centre to centre. The tile shall be laid on Main runner of size 24x32X0.3MM having 24 MM flange colour white having rotary stitching on all T sections, i.e., the main runner, 1200 mm & 600 mm cross tees with a web height of 28mm &0.3 thickness & load carrying capacity of 11-15kgs/Sqm. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge/Manufacturers Specification. Note:- The rate shall include the cost for the following :- (i) Vertical masking if any shall be measured under this itemwithout any extra cost.(ii) Providing necessary openings for light fixtures, diffusers,trap doors etc. to be made as per layout drawings. (iii)The main tees to be suspended from the ceiling / soffitwith the help of metal dash fasteners of 6mm x 50mm soffitcills of 25mm x 35x 1.60mm and 4mm dia G.I wire withgalvanised spring steel leveling clips. (iv) The entire grid system shall be designed to bear adistributed load of minimum 15 kg/sqm (v) Only Calcium Silicate False Ceiling area will be measuredfor the purpose of payment.

Supplying and fixing in position at all floors, levels & locations, aluminium section [extruded] for aluminium Door / windows sliding / top hung/fixed / grill/ adjustable louvered/ windows as per drawing of approved manufactures with extruded sections of Jindal / Indal / Aluminax or other approved eqivalent sections with size and weights as shown in the drawing, for frames and shutters [including wastages if any] conforming to relevant I.S specifications, with all approved shade & colour anodised aluminium fittings and accessories, locking arrangements, 2 / 3 rollers with ball bearings for sliding shutters of approved quality all as shown in the drawing, including providing and fixing aluminium channel beading / glazing clips fixed with necessary matching anodised screws, grouting the gap with thermocole & polysulphide sealant etc. all complete generally as per drawings, specifications etc., all as directed by Engineer in charge. but excluding the cost of glazing,which will be paid separately. (Note:- Sliding window sections for both track & Shutters shall be of JINDAL DELUXE DOMAL SERIES or similar equaivalent approved make. )

Using integrated anodised (of approved colour & Shade) having glossy/matt finished [Minimum anodic coating of 15 micron thick (Grade AC-15)] aluminium section for Aluminium for Doors and windows

Providing & fixing ordinary plain / frosted / Bajara sheet glass of M/s. Modiguard / Saint Gobain or other approved make of following thickness in various sizes as required at site, fixing to doors/ windows/ louvers, partitions, vision panels, doors etc. using first class oil putty of approved quality and make including supplying & fixing glazing pins,patch fitting of toghuned door, teak wood or aluminium beading with necessary screws, ss nails etc. at all floors & locations including cutting the glass to required size, removing the existing broken /damaged glass panes from windows / doors / partitions etc. and disposing off the un-serviceable material out side VSB premises including wastage in cutting, transportation etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge .

a) 6 mm thick plain sheet glass.

c) 12 mm thick toughened / heat strengthened (as specified) clear float glass

Supplying following type of approved quality miscellaneous fittings, fixtures and fastenings along with necessary SS screws, bolts, nuts, washers, wooden packing pieces if necessary etc and other standard accessories complete.

Supplying 6- lever Mortice lock of chromium plated brass parts & body of Godrej make model no. 7117, 200mm Handle Set Lock Body CK mortice lock with chromium plated brass screws etc. lock shall be fitted as per manufacturer specification and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing 6 Lever Mortice Lock Heavy Duty (Chromium plated Brass 100 mm mortice latch and lock without pair of handles) of approved make suitable for aluminium sections with necessary screws, material, labour, cutting, making good etc complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing double action hydraulic floor spring of approved brand and manufacture having ISI mark as IS : 6315, having brand logo embossed on the body / plate with double spring mechanism for doors, including cost of cutting floors, embedding in floors as required and making good the same matching to the existing floor finishing and having minimum 1.25 mm thickness stainless steel cover plates with brass pivot and single piece M.S. sheet outer box with slide plate, and other accessories required for the works to facilitate smooth operation of the door shutter etc complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing approved quality open door closer of Dorma Make or equivalent make with necessary screws, fixing to the aluminium / glass / wooden door complete as per drawings, specifications including all labour, transporting etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge .

Supplying & fixing in position at all floors and locations, 38 mm thick of following type solid core block board flush door shutters with commercial plyfacing on both sides conforming to IS 2202 (latest)bonded with phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin consisting of single leaf shutter(s) with second class teak wood 38X20 mm size lipping polished alround,with/ without view panel, fixing shutters in position topressed steel door frames/ wooden frames/ graniteframes [door frames (choukat) shall be paid separatelyunder relevant item] at all floors by cutting / planning if necessary including labour for fixing of the fittings & fixtures as per drawing with wooden packing pieces if necessary (but excluding the cost of fittings and fixtures with screws which shall be paid separatelyunder relevant item) including providing & fixing 1 mm thick decorative laminate sheet of approved colour, pattern and shade fixed on both sides etc.with approved adhesive for all surfaces including edges, including cost of all materials, adhesives, labours, wastages if any, all as per specifications, drawings all complete as per specifications, drawings & all as directed by E-I-C.

For approximate size 1000x2100 mm, single leaf shutter with 500 mm x 200 mm vision panel with 4mm thick clear transparent glass of Modi Guard fixed with second class 10x20mm size teak wood beading in both sides as per drawing.

Providing & fixing in position approved quality 2nd class teak wood architraves section as given below of approvedprofile for the following sizes fixed to pressed steel frames of door/ cupboard/wardrobe/ MS doors at all floors as per drawing including providing and fixing M.S. self taped screws at 600 mm center, painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make & colour over one coat of approved wood primer / polishing with two coats of french spirit polish over a coat of wood filler to form uniform neat finish (as specified) of approved make and shade. etc. all complete as per specification & drawings.

Size 50 mm X 20 mm of finished size, with chamfer, groove, corner, notch, (2 X 2 mm / 3 X 3 mm).

Providing second class teak wood work in frames of doors, windows, clear story openings and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position of required size and shape including sawing, jointing, making rebates for shutters, making grooves as shown in the drawings, finishing the surfaces to the required finish all as per specifications and drawings including necessary MS hold fasts 40 mm X 3 mm thick, 200 mm long / with coach screws including protective painting to the suface that will come in contact with walls, joining materials, labour and including finishing as specified etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Including painting the exposed surface with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make and shade over a coat of approved primer.

Providing and fixing superior quality vertical blinds of M/s. VISTA or approved equivalent manufacturer with approved best quality fabric of required shade and colour, all accessories required for fixing in position all as per approved sample, design, pattern complete all as directed by the EIC Note:Mode of measurement shall be length of aluminium top runner x height from top of channel and up to bottom of blind.

a) With Plain colour

Providing and applying 1.5 mm thick white cement based wall care putty in two coats of approved make, at all floors, levels and locations, over plastered surfaces finished smooth to correct line, level, plane, plumb etc., including preparing the surfaces, scaffolding smoothen the putty surfaces with very fine water proof emery paper to get a glossy finish etc. and On Old Surfaces. (Including thoroughly scrapping, removal of old paint, if any, sand papering & preparing the surfaces, applying approved putty for touch up to fill up crevices mild depression etc, necessary covering material (tarpaulin etc), cleaning, removal of splashing & droppings of floors, wall, ceiling, doors & windows etc & disposing of debris at directed place inside colony. )complete as per specifications, as per manufacturers specifications, drawing & as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & applying acrylic emulsion in two or more coats on old / new surfaces at all floors, levels & location using ready mixed & ready made acrylic emulsion of approved make and shade including one coat of approved cement primer (water thinnable) Including thoroughly scrapping, removal of old paint, if any, sand papering & preparing the surfaces, applying approved putty for touch up to fill up crevices mild depression etc, necessary covering material (tarpaulin etc), cleaning, removal of splashing & droppings of floors, wall, ceiling, doors & windows et, scaffolding, surface preparation, cleaning etc complete all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:- Acrylic emulsion shall have VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre.

Providing & applying synthetic enamel paint in two or more coats on old / new wooden / steel surface, at all floors, levels & location using ready mixed & ready made synthetic enamel paint of approved make, shade and pattern including one coat of approved wood / steel primer including labour, material, scaffolding, surface preparation, cleaning etc complete all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:- Synthetic enamel paint shall have VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre).

On wooden surfaces including one coat of wood primer

On Steel surfaces including one coat of steel primer (red oxide based)

Carefully removing existing wooden cabinets/cupboards/ workstations including loading, unloading, stacking at all lead and lifts at directed place and at office establishments at various places such as within Anushaktinagar Colony, including necesary fixing with all necessary fixtures and fittings etc. and disposing the unserviceable materials out side V S Bhavan at location identified by EIC within Anushaktinagar complete. All as directed by the Engineer in-charge.

Providing and fixing a 1.0 mm thick decorative laminate of synthetic resin bonded laminated sheets with plain or wood grain in gloss or matt finish of approved make with a high density protective surface layer and the reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS:2046:1995 having a density greater than 4 gm/cm3 and shall have easy maintenance, good abrasion resistance for long life, excellent stain resistance, easy maintenance, and easy installation with good machinability, including the cost of adhesive of approved quality as per IS:848:2006, including cutting, pasting, finished cutting, scraping smoothly, etc., with all wastage, including disposalout side V S Bhavan at location identified by EIC within Anushaktinagar complete all as per specifications and as directed by the EIC.

Supplying & fixing 10/18mm thick PVC integral free foam sheet in form of flush finish door shutter, manufactured by M/s. Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd. (Ex-cel sheet)/ M/s. Rajashree Plastiwood or other equivalent approved make of white colour, solid section, extruded rigid, light weight sheet with fine & homogeneous closed cell structure with smooth, glossy, hard surface finish on both sides, all edges to be smooth finish with mixture of PVC powder & solvent etc including dismantling the existing plywood/A.C sheet shutters, removing and refixing of architraves with necessary screws, stacking serviceable material and disposing off debris inside Anushaktinagar colony at the location identified by EIC etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the EIC. Note: The entire shutter shall be jointless shutter.

Providing, detailing, fabricating and fixing at desired location using hot Rolled sections, MS Flats/ round bars/ square bar/ angles, MS Plates etc of grade Fe 250 as per specifications and approved fabrication drawings (which are to be prepared by Contractor and got approved from Engineer), transporting to site and erecting/ making structural steel members for all heights & at all levels including provision of necessary erection bolts, fixing bolts, nuts, washers, cleats, stiffeners, gussets, base plate, and all necessary fixtures and operations like preheating as per specifications, straightening, bending, cutting, drilling, grinding, machining if specified, welding, grinding and removing the welding burr and preparing surface for painting with wire brush cleaning and applying two coats of epoxy red oxide zinc phosphate primer of 30 microns each and two coats of Epoxy Corrosion Resistant Enamel paint of 30 microns after fabrication including touching up with spray painting after erection etc complete as directed by Engineer In Charge.

PVC Synthetic Flooring: Supply and fixing of PVC Synthetic flooring of 4.5 mm size of required size and shape as per actual site conditions in two halls of DCSEM Staff Club. The PVC Synthetic flooring shall be fixed to the entire flooring with Fevicol Synthetic Adhesive or Aeroband or Speb 7 make adhesives and cut the ends smoothly as per the actual site conditions. The make of the PVC Synthetic flooring shall be "Wonder Floor BRAAVO" of red colour with mat finish. The joints shall be fixed without any shabby look or disturbance to the flooring or walking officials. The rates shall be inclusive of transport, loading, unloading, workmanship, all types of taxes, octroi, GST etc. and completing the entire works to the satisfaction of the department. Note: All the agency staff entering V.S. Bhavan shall adhere to all the security rules and regulations, producing all the necessary documents required from time to time. No advance shall be payable. Payment shall be made after the entire completion of the work to the satisfaction of the department.

GDP Vinyl Flooring Mat: Supply and cutting of GDP Vinyl Flooring mat of 1 mm thickness, as per requirement for the two halls of DCSEM Staff Club where the PVC Synthetic Flooring has been fixed. The mats shall be cut according to the actual size required as per site conditions, so as to cover the entire area of PVC Synthetic Flooring. These mats shall be used over the PVC Synthetic Flooring whenever any other activities are carried out in the DCSEM Staff Club other than sports, such as Ladies "Haldi-Kumkum", "Bondla" or any cultural event of the DCSEM Staff Club. These Vinyl Mats shall safe guard the PVC Synthetic flooring from damage, as well as wear and tear.

Providing and fixing frosted strip glass/sun glass film (Vinyl Sheets Sticker) 25 micron thick of approved shade/design of approved make & manufacturer (M/s. Garware / Lukzer or approved equivalent) over glass doors / windows etc including cutting to size, solution for fixing, cleaning the glass, wastage, labour etc. all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying autoclaved aerated cement (AAC) blocks masonry with 115mm/ 150mm/ 230mm / 300 mm thick AAC blocks as per approved manufacturer, using approved block laying polymer modified adhesive mortar in super structure above plinth level at all locations, levels & lead with RCC band at sill level and lintel level, curing, scaffolding etc complete all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer in-Charge. (The RCC band shall have 2 nos. of 8 mm dia reinforcement and concrete of minimum grade M-20 or (1:1.5:3). ( AAC blocks shall be conforming to IS:2185, Part-3, having Grade-I with block of density 551 to 650 Kg/cum) . The payment of RCC band and reinforcement shall be made seperately under relevant item).

Lettering or numbering of 40 mm to 50mm height with paint specified below in any approved colour, style and pattern, including french polishing or synthetic enamel painting the back ground with three coats of approved colour etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.With synthetic enamel / oil paint other than golden colour or golden color

Providing and laying machine cut and machine polished Kotah stone flooring, skirting, riser, treads at all floors, levels & location including cement mortar bedding / backing, close jointed & grouted with matching cement slurry and finished to line, level, curing etc. as required, including cutting of stone slab, wastage, making cut outs, wherever required, machine polishing/ hand polishing (where machine cannot have access) etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

In flooring with mirror polished, 25 mm minimum thickness kotah stone slab of size 600mm x 600mm / 575mm x 575mm laid over bedding of 20 mm Ready mix mortar having Cement: Sand (1:4)

In dado/skirting with mirror polished, 20 mm minimum thick kotah stone fixed over bedding of 12 mm thick Ready mix mortar (1:4).

Providing and applying one coat of base primer (Apex Ultima protect of M/s. Asian paints or Aquatech of M/s. ICI Dulux or equivalent) and two top coats of acrylic water proof exterior coating of Apex Ultima Protek of M/s. Asian Paints / Weathershield flexx rain proof system of M/s. ICI Dulux or other approved equivalent make and shade over the sand face / form finished surfaces / rough cast plaster at all locations as required, thoroughly mixed and applied at an interval of 6-8 hours for each successive coats and ensure consumption of 0.47 ltr/Sqm for 3 coats, (base coat @.29 Ltr/sqm & two top coats @0.18 Ltr/sqm ) for sand face surfaces, including preparation of surface, cleaning and filling the cracks and crevices with Latex caulking crack filler etc complete generally as per the manufacturer's specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: 1) The surface shall be cleaned with water jet with high pressure water pump spray of at least 100 kg/sq.m. and brushing/ rubbing with coir to remove all foreign materials etc before painting work. 2) The entire treatment shall stand guarantee for water tightness from external treated surfaces and for bone dry conditions for a period of Five (5) years .The guarantee shall be given on the regular format of the Department under Conditions of Contract. 3) Lower consumption less than as mentioned will be recovered @ Rs. 450/ltr 4) Any leakages complaints received with a period of 5 years from the date of competion.The contractor shall employee sufficient labour and rectify the leakages immediately within 7 days of those of such complaint from EIC

Providing and fixing over base floor 6 mm thick (as specified) factory made Click-N-lock Stone polymer composite (SPC) tile of approved sizes having approved design decorative wood/stone finish film protected with a wearing layer and anti-bacterial coat and cushioning layer below SPC core including all SPC accessories required for installation of floor and skirting etc. complete as per manufacture specifications,drawings and as directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and applying Polyurethane-based wood coating to the new or old teak wood surface vertically or horizontally at any height or width in design, pattern, color, etc., including cleaning of the existing surface of the TW with the help of a scraper, etc., sanding the same surface with 100 grit sand paper, and again re-sanding with 150 to 250 grit sand paper to have a smooth and even surface. Vacuum/dust off all the dust created by sanding from the surface by using a soft brush or cotton cloth; the same needs to be dampened in mineral spirit or water as per the requirement of an oil-based or water-based polyurethane finish. Seal the wooden surface with a mix of polyurethane and mineral spirit in a 2:1 proportion by wearing all the protective gear and allowing it to dry. After drying the surface again, do wet sanding to remove any runs, drips, or bubbles using ultrafine-grit sand paper and allow it to dry. After drying, apply a pure coat of PU by using natural bristles for oil-based and synthetic bristles for water-based, or spray as per manufacturer specifications. Wipe contoured and uneven surfaces with a rag to avoid drips from brushing, etc. Cover all the surrounding area with newspaper, etc. to avoid any splashing, stains, etc. while applying PU. Once the first coat of pure PU has dried (about 24 hours), sand the surface again, apply the second coat of pure PU in the same manner, and wait for 24 hours to dry completely. After this final coat, use a piece of cardboard instead of sandpaper to buff the surface for a nice finish, etc. complete all as directed by the engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing double glazed hermetically sealed glazing in aluminium windows, ventilators and partition etc. with 6 mm thick clear float glass both side, having 12 mm air gap, including providing EPDM gasket, perforated aluminium spacers, desiccants, sealant (Both primary and secondary sealant) etc. as per specifications, drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge complete.

Providing and fixing premium superior quality Roller blinds of M/s. VISTA with approved best quality fabric as directed by Architect/ E-I-C of required shade and colour, all accessories required for fixing in position all as per approved sample, design, pattern complete all as directed by the EIC Note:Mode of measurement shall be length of aluminium top runner x height from top of channel and up to bottom of blind.
