Material and Labour for one coat of painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc on bituminous/ concrete surfaces exceeding 10 cm width, with approved water base paint of colour white, Golden yellow, deep orange, PO red and black as per the requirement in the Air field including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Painting shall be done by runway painting machine)

M&L for preparation of old concrete/bituminous surfaces exc 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of water based exterior emulsion paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old concrete surfaces of any description over 10 cm grith and applying one coat of cement base paint of approved tint or colour complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of old concrete surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth like control huts and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (use colour red and white) all as specified and as directed.

M&L Removal of paint deposits from runway surface using Water blasting cum vacuuming system with suitable operating pressure so that the total paint deposits are removed from runway both (rigid and flexible) surfaces by the method of water blasting cum vacuuming system with suitable water pressure without use of any chemical & no damage to the existing surface complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) The work shall be carried out through authorized & qualified applicator (ii) Total paint should be removed and the Debris / Water to be vacuumed simultaneously leaving No FOD so that the Runway is available for operation immediately. (iii) The Machine make to be deployed for Runway painting Removal should have E-In-C approval eg SH8000, SH5000, Sk3000. (iv) Paint removal Debris should be in solid form when finally disposed. (v) In any emergency condition the machine should exit from the runway in less than 2 mins without leaving FOD.

Note for item No 01 to 07: (i) Wearing of fluorescent waist jacket is mandatory for all the workers while working in the Air field. The quoted rates shall be deemed to be included for the above provisions (ii)Precaution has to be taken to avoid spilling of paint over existing painted surfaces even after if emulsion spills over painted surfaces it has to be removed immediately to enable the proper subsequent coating of paint

E/M Portion Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep for laying of cables, pipes, foundation for poles etc., and getting out in hard/dense soil all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in excavated soil upto a depth of 30 cm after riddling of excavated soil (in lieu of sand) for cushioning of cable and refilling of trenches with left over normal excavated soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers complete all as specified and as directed

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point all as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for stay and coping for poles including necessary form work to exposed surface finished smooth and even all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair LED Street light fitting 10/12W, DC suitable for solar street light with pressure die cast aluminum housing with heat resistant glass & IP 65 Protection better option for uniform distribution of light & including with all accessories fixing on pole/wall complete with necessary connection complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for fabrication of rectangular box of size 59cmx26cmx45cm made from 2 mm thick GI sheet suitable to accommodate solar battery including locking arrangements, providing support at the bottom and necessary fixing arrangements to fix the box on the pole and applying two coats synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including write pole No as per existing including taking down old unserviceable box complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacing the unserviceable batteries of solar street light with maintenance free sealed battery of size 120 AH 12V including taking out old unserviceable batteries all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning and washing of each solar street light panel to remove layer of dust and dirt from panels by simply wash the panel with water and rub the panel surface with a sponge all as specified and directed. Note: (a) Do not use a metal brush or detergent to clean the solar panel surface. (b) Rates deemed to be included labour, water and sponge charges.
