Dismantling of old existing 500 mm diameter NRV from the pump set by cutting of old rusted nut bolts with the help of gas cutter and operating the dismantling joint with the help of tools & tackles, heavy manual labour and shifting the same at safe place with the help of proper logistics as per site requirement.

Supply of Non-Return valve cast iron double flanged single door swing check valve having body, door cover of graded in cast iron to IS:210, Gr. Fg. 260, body and door rings of gun metal (LTB2 as per IS:318), hinge pin of stainless steel AISI:410. Flanges to be drilled as per IS: 1538 Part-IV & VI. Valves are suitable for hydrostatic test pressure of 10 Kg/Cm2 for seat and 15 Kg/Cm2 for body (PN-1 Rating) size 500 mm dia. Make: - IVC/Kirloskar/ DJB approved.

Removing/Isolation of the delivery line of pump set by using of blank flange of 500mm diameter and 400mm diameter to control the leakage inside the pump house for safe working.

Supply of Nut, Bolts and washer of good quality as required size.

Supply of Rubber Gasket 50% synthetic. Make: - Jyoti/ National/ Any DJB Approved make.

Providing and fixing of fly proof PVC wire mesh with fabricated frame by MS flat 40mmX6mm and nut bolts around the ventilator and overflow pipe system. Size: 7.5 ft X 1.5 ft

Fixing of new 500mm dia. NRV with the help of manual heavy labour tools & tackles, T&P etc. by tightening of nut, bolts & washer of taper, NRV and fixing/grouting of vibration pad. The work also includes of making base foundation for NRV. Testing & commissioning of NRV on load.

Providing/Fixing of pressure gauge of 150 mm dia. size having required range with accessories such as GI fittings, Bib cock etc. required complete the work in all respect at all pump sets and delivery line. Make: - Hguru/Fibeg/DJB Approved make.
