Repair and maint of Transformer for HQ 27 Sector Assam Rifles

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge: All kinds of soil.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering, all work up to plinth.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix:1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand).

Dismantling of 160 kVA transformer including disconnection and removal of HT/LT feeders, associated switchgear and accessories, and safe shifting and deposition of all recovered materials to the engr store yard- complete in all respects and deposited to be Engr store.

Installation of copper wound transformer step up/ step down, indoor/outdoor type complete with standard fittings, HT 33 KV 3 Phase, LT 433 volts,3 Phase 4 wire with off load tappings on HT side to vary secondary voltage within limit, all as per IS:2026 of capacity of 250 KVA . 5 Star rated , Pole mounted , Primary Voltage 33KV, Secondary Voltage 433 Volts, Vector Group Dyn1, Insulation on HV side 36 KV class, LV 1.1 KV class, Insulation Medium as per IS -335, Winding Copper on both HV and LV side , Losses as per IS-1180 /IS 2026 with as per Stanadrd specification complete confirming to ISand IE. Complete.

Supply and fixing HT 33 KV, Out Door type Gang Operated Air-Break switch suitable for horizontal or vertical mounting fixed type complete with 9 insulators of rating upto 400 Amps suitable upto 250 KVA Transformer capacity.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 33000 volts grade, of size 3 core 95 sq mm.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 1.1KV grade, of size 120 sq mm.( Feeder Distribution).
