Providing Polymer Coating (Water Proof Coating) for sunken portion of toilet with following specification and the surface shall be cleaned to remove all dust, foregin, matters lose materials or any other deposits of contamination by rubbing with wire brush. Slurry: Dry blend and polymer liquid blend shall be mixed into the desired ratio as per recommendation of the supplier. The mix shall be stirred thoroughly until no bubbles remain in the mix. Any lumps found in mix shall be removed. Apply first coat of polymer modified cementitious slurry by brush on wet cleaned surface. After drying, second coat shall be applied on the first coat as directed by the departmental officers etc. The rate inclusive of cost of materials and labour, etc., complete.

Providing two legged scaffolding using 50mm dia MS pipe of 3.50m over all length (3m height and 0.50m into the ground) the distance between the two rows being 1.25m and the spacing of posts being 2m in both the rows with two horizontal post with 0.50m over lap on either side of braces at 2m centre to centre including longitudinal and transverse middle braces to step up and providing a platform using coir and country wood planks of 40mm thick and 1m width etc. in a complete form using coir and nails etc complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers etc. complete.

Repainting the water proofing coating for terraces with ready mixed water proofing paint two coats over one coat of crack paste over one coat cement paint including through scrapping clean removal of dirt, etc., complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Weathering course in brick jelly lime concrete using broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no crushed stone sand to be used) to the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid over the RCC roof slab in a single layer of required slope and finished by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern, keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jaggery water, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the deparmental officers.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of following size of approved quality set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Crushed stone Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS at 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One Cement, Five sand and Ten hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Brick partition walls of 11.50cm thickness using best quality Burnt Clay Brick of size 9" x 4 3/8" x 2 3/4" with class designation of 7.5 conforming to IS 1077-1992 in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three CS Sand) using hoop iron reinforcement if found necessary including Cost of Mortar Plasticizer, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (Hoop iron reinforcement will be measured and paid for separately)

Replastering the walls with cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five of P-sand) for the 12mm thick in all floors including neat finishing and curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Plastering Sand) 20mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to BIS at 2% by weight of cement used including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, finsihing, curing, etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and laying hydraulic pressed monolithic natural grey colour cement concrete inter locking paver block of 83mm thick, in cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two sand, four aggregate) using difference design and with stand for pressure of 150 - 200 kg/m2 over the existing sand cushion by using earth rambers and also vibratting the concrete blocks often laying using plate vibrators etc, complete as directed by the departmental officers..

Renewing the tiles with new one of colour and design ceramic floor tile of size (12"x12") 305 x 305 x 6mm thick of approved make flooring in all floors over base layer of cement mortar 1:3,(One cement and three sand) 20mm thick and laid straight alignment and pointed neatly with same colour at the rate of 0.40 kg/m2 laid without any air gap in the tiles neatly and fixing in position as per standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Dadooing the walls with new printed design ceramic tiles of approved quality, colour and design of size 450x300x8mm thick in all floor over a base layer in cement mortar 1:2 (One of M-cement and two of sand) 10mm thick and laid in situ in true alignment and pointed neatly with colour cement at the rate of 0.40kg/m2 suit the colour of tiles fixed in position without any air gap in the tiles neatly etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by departmental officers. The colour and quality of tiles should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.

Supplying, Fabricating, erecting and fixing Hilux (or) equivalent Gyp Board FALSE CELING upto a ceiling height of 4.50 m from floor level using Hilux board Perforated sheet 10mm thick which includes shaped GI channels of size 25 x 25 x 0.50 mm thick suspended from ceilling at 1.2 m both longitudinal and cross vertical support and fixing shaped GI channels of size 50 x 30 x 0.50 mm and 150 x 10 x 0.50 mm thick at 0.60m centre longitudinal and cross difrection for vertical supports and fixing U shaped GI channels of size 50 x 30 x 0.50 mm thick and 50 x 10 x 0.50 mm thick at 0.60 m centre to centre in cross direction and respectively for horizantal supports of zig - zag pattern and fixing of Gyp board in the panel provided in the desing pattern given and sprating the standard spection and as directed by the departmental officers. The rate shall be inclusive of finishing the edges and wall junctions with suitable lipping and cornice arrangements.

Providing Cornice Work for Gyp Board False Ceiling using plaster of paris below the existing Gyp board flase ceiling as directed and designed by the departmental officers. The rate is inclusive of cost all materials, labour charges and scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and Fixing of Wood Polymer Composite (WPC) door with solid door frames extruded with size 75mmX50mm.
