REPAIR MAINTENANCE OF INTERNAL WIRING ALONGWITH CONNECTED ITEMS DB FITTING FIXTURES INCLUDING DAY TO DAY MAINTENANCE TO OTM ACCN AT OLD AMRITSAR CANTT.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring any type (light, fan, socket or power) complete including fittings such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, lamp holders, regulators, sockets etc. and removing old retrieved materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items shall be made as per condtitions separately) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for point wiring in existing concealed conduit for the following point (using red, black, green colour wires as colour codings) complete with 1.5 sqmm ( nominal cross section area ) single core FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed and multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 volt ( ISI marked ) drawn through and existing PVC concealed conduit with all fittings and accessories including pressed steel powder coated sunken terminal box suitable for Modular switch socket ( min 50mm deep and 1.6 mm thick sheet ,suitable size ) concealed in wall , including inner and outer plates ( cover plate ) suitable for fixing the modular switches/sockets/regulator etc including provn of 1.5 sqmm single core FRLS PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor wire continues as earth wire connected to earth dolly etc. including cuttings chases in walls as required and making good disturbed surfaces with cemenr mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed for the following :- Note : 1. Switch/socket/ceiling rose/lamp holder/regulator etc. shall be measured and paid for separately a) For one light /fan/ buzzer point controlled by one 5 Amp switch one way

b). For one three pin socket outlet 5 Amps independent board

c) For one three pin 5 Amps socket outlet on the same board with other switches

d) For one light point controlled by two way switch

All a per item No 2 here-in-above but with 2.5 Sq mm size cable multi stranded FRLS copper wire unsheathed for one 3 pin socket outlet 15 Amps on independent board including continuous earth wire of PVC insulated 2.5 Sq mm copper multi stranded conductor connecting to common earth dolly complete.

Material and Labour for surface point wiring for the following point ( using red,black,green colour wires as colour codings) complete with 1.5 sqmm ( nominal cross section area ) single core FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed and multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 volt ( ISI marked ) drawn and including surface PVC conduit with all fittings and accessories i.e. pipe bend,pipe hook, elbow,juction boxes etc including pressed steel powder coated sunken terminal box suitable for Modular switch socket ( min 50mm deep and 1.6 mm thick sheet ,suitable size ) concealed in wall , including inner and outer plates ( cover plate ) suitable for fixing the modular switches/sockets/regulator etc including provn of 1.5 sqmm single core FRLS PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor wire continues as earth wire connected to earth dolly etc including cuttings chases in walls as required and making good disturbed surfaces with cemenr mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed.
