Add extra for R R stone masonry for wall upto 30 CM and less thickness.(P-69/6.3.4)

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting (height upto 10 m) , fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete (P-98/9.2)

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, making of lines or groove etc complete but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete 40mm thick with 20mm thick nominal size aggregate (P-135/11.3.1)

Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:6 including racking of joint etc. complete fine finish 20mm thick. (P-139/12.3.2)
