EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY :

Supply installing, testing and commissioning LT Feeder Pillar / Panel board cubical type outdoor Confirming to IS 8623 Part 1 1993, free floor standing factory fabricated made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet & suitable size to accomodate all accessories/fittings, compartmentalized in construction to accommodate incoming ACB, Outgoing MCCB, MCB . The TPN bus bars shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on DMC/epoxy insulator . The incoming as well as outgoing MCCBs shall have copper extension links of current carrying capacity not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of individual feeders. The extension links shall be supported on DMC / Epoxy insulators having provision for termination of incoming and out going cables. All extension links /interconnection shall be insulated with heat shrinkable colour sleeves. A detachable predrilled gland plateof thickness not less than 3 mm thick should be used at the bottom for entry of armoured cable of adequate size with cable glands

The above panel shall be front and back lockable /openable by key from both side and shall have louvers and air vent gasket for natural flow of air, weather, dust and vermin proof with IP65 degree of protection.Base frame of the panel shall be made of angle iron of size 50 x50 x 6mm, duly grouted on platform made of brick work in CM (1:4), 15mm thick plastering in CM (1:6) having minimum height of 600 mm, complete as specified and consisting of the following switchgears and accessories: (KR VIHAR EAST POCKET A Main Panel) (a) Bus bar electrolytic grade copper strip with heat shrikable sleeves with colour code supported on epoxy resin based insulators, 4 strips of suitable length for current rating 1250 amps. Supply and Fixing HT Aerial Bunched Cable XLPE insulated Cable 11000V graded 185x 3c + 150 Sqmm messenger laying/Hanging on the pole/ along the wall with necessary clamping/ hook system, suitable insulating materials and winding confirming to IS:7098 part-2 ,2011 aluminium e.c. grade as per IS-8130/2013 suitable for 50 deg temp complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Unit rate quoted by the contractor includes all fittings required for fixing of ABC cable like suspension clamps, dual and clamps, anchoring clamps, tension clamps, D hook etc.

Construction of platform of size 3000mm x 2500mm x 1200 mm for installation of transformer with brick steps on one side, chain link fencing around transformer, fencing should have hinged door and locking arrangements complete all as shown on drawing No CEPZ/C-TD/002/13 sht 2/5 complete all as specified.

Cable route indicator for LT Cables include PCC Work complete, all as specified and directed. Note:- The cable route indicator shall be with circular minimum dia 150 mm and minimum 6 mm thick cast iron plate embossed with "LT cable" riveted to angle iron of (25mm x 25mm x 5mm) of length minimum 60 cm and embedded in PCC 1:2:4 foundation of 30 cm x 30cm x 30cm.

Material and labour for PCC (1:1.5:3) type A1(using 20mm graded stone aggregate )cover slab of size 300mm wide and 600mm height and 100 mm thick oval shape on top .The precast slab shall be embedded 300 mm below GL in PCC(1:3:6) of size 450mmx450mmx450mm) including engraved the words in capital letters of size 5cm height and 2cm width "MES HT 11KV CABLE /CABLE JOINT"including necessary surface finish with plastering 10mm thick in CM(1:3)and two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including necessary excavation of size 310mmx150mmx300mm and removing complete all as directed.

Stay assembly galvanised iron complete with accessories stay rod 18mm dia, 180cm long with two nuts, stay bow 14mm dia and 38cm long with stay plate 300x300x6mm thickmild steel stay thimble and required length including binding to insulator stay bow and stay clamp galvanised iron stary strand wire 7/4mm dia complete all as specified and shown in EP plate No 1 alongwith Loop type insulator ,vitreous porcelin , white brown or green complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

SECURITY WALL AND FENCING

Filling of crumple joint with 25 mm thick Polystyrene (Thermocol) complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing Concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia stretched to 6.00 mtrs length having 50 nos spiral turns per 6.00 mtrs length ,spiring coil wire (2.59 mm thick) of high tensile strengh of 1620 N/ sqmm with tape (0.52 mm thick ) hot dip galvanised up to 20 microns ,weight of each coil 8.50 kg and fixing the same on existing Y- shaped angle iron with 6 6 Harizantal R.B.T.(Reinforced barbed tape ) wire stud tied with G.I stapple sand G.I clips to retain harizantal, clips shall be @ 5 Nos per 2 sopiral turns approximate 125 clips per coil including necessary bolts complete all as specified and as directed .

Note: The schedule of credit has been attached in tender in Pdf format and amount of credit schedule i.e. Rs 272150.00 shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
